Introduce a game called “Pinoy Henyo” about our topic for the day
and give the mechanics of the game.
B. Analysis
The lesson deals with the tools and equipment used in bread and
pastry production. I will discuss on the tools and equipment used in
baking and demonstrate how to use them properly and I will let my
students re – demonstrate how to use tools and equipment properly.
C. Abstraction
a. What are the different tools and equipment used in baking?
b. How are tools and equipment in baking works?
c. How important having the tools and equipment in Bread and Pastry
