What Is the Online Archive Account?

Hello and welcome back! In this session, we’ll review the Online Archive account in Exchange.

The Online Archive account is the archive solution for designated Weatherford Records Custodians. Messages that
are Weatherford Records must be retained here permanently.

User Account Action: delete the redundant, obsolete, and temporary messages
Inbox that are NOT Weatherford Records from the user account.
Custom Folders
Drag and drop messages that are Weatherford Records (and folders
that house email Records) from the user account and .PSTs to the
Drafts Online Archive account.
Sent Items
Deleted Items
Junk Email
Conversation History
Notes
RSS Feeds
Archive Folder
