headed to Vietnam. I had been running a sign
company since the 9th grade, so I wasn’t broke. I
packed my clothes and got $5000 out of the
bank and caught the Greyhound to Stamford,
Connecticut. I had relatives there, but, hell, I did
not even have an address for them. I had never
intended to return to North Carolina for any
reason.

Many years later, when my Father died, I

called my brother, who was living in Ketchikan,
Alaska about his coming to the funeral. Hell No!
He drawled. I’m glad the son of a bitch is dead.
If I came it would only be to shit on his grave.
It’s been about 20 years since I have spoken to
my brother.What amazes me is how the
trajectory of your life can be permanently
changed by incidents that last less than 10
minutes. My Father owned his property and
had built his own house. He worked as a
finished carpenter and there was always plenty
of food. He also was a part time loanshark. And
as I understand it now, some people were afraid
of his mercurial temper and violent outbursts.
He got away with things because he was very
light- skinned and mulatto looking. In that part
of North Carolina such ass backward things
mattered. I remember asking him, when I was 9
years old whether I was an outside child. He
looked me straight in the eye and said “Boy, I

don’t raise or feed bastard children. There is no
way you could put your knees under my table
and eat, if you weren’t mine. That’s why I’m so
Independent, stuff happens.

And what about the paper certificates we call

money? How can we use the worthless pieces
of green paper to actually store value when
they are clearly fiat and are backed by nothing?

perception. If I take an apple and write 100 on
the apple, does that mean I have a 100 apples?
Yet if I show you a 100 dollar bill and a 10 dollar

bill, even though they both cost 5cents to print
either bill, you would know that the 100 dollar
note was 10 times as valuable. In this book we
will multiply the value of your labor by at least
10 times. We will show you how to have people
pay you hundreds of dollars per hour for your
opinions and your time. They will consider it a
bargain.

What determines the value of your labor?

It is determined by three things A. The demand
for what you do. This can be determined by
labor statistics on the federal and state level.
B. Your ability to do what you do. And finally,
C. The difficulty in replacing you.

One worker is more valuable than

another because of his greater level of
production and more often his ability to solve
problems. His level of motivation is also a
factor.

The essential thing you get out of this book is

that everything begins with a thought in your
mind. Everything you see around you is a
thought acted upon. This concept has literally
been pushed and pulled into the third
dimension. And if it had been abandoned or
aborted, it would not exist now. All things have
their beginning in the unseen. Our labor also

another 250 years. The so called old money
people live quiet lives and often take vacations
and enjoy their money but are seldom lavish in
their display of their consumption. On the other
hand you will be surprised to know how much
money is quietly donated to worthy causes. And
at the same times these people do not seek the
public spotlight or to get credit for their
generosity. Most of them live well below their
means, they are always in major control of their
time. They have schedules and secretaries who
protect them from time wasting interruptions.
The wealthy seldom allow adult children to
become parasites on the family fortune. They
insist that their children become self-sufficient
or they cut them off. The thing that I find
amazing is that the discipline that made them
rich has become such a habit that it is not
discarded when it is no longer needed. Many of
them still look for deals and bargains. They still
invest strategically and continuously.

They never go out of their way to impress

peers. They choose to satisfy their own taste
and preferences. The wealthy are extremely

careful about who they choose as friends. No
one just drops by, it’s not allowed.

The world’s interconnection is both an

advantage and a disadvantage. Years ago a
person could simply change locations and have
a brand new start’ now the power of
technology to monitor movements and make
accurate identifications renders that option
mute. Having local economies was also an
advantage since they were to a large degree
separated and independent, it was unlikely that
they would all fail at the same time. Now all the
world’s central banks are connected so that
means that foreign banker’s mistakes can bring
down local banks theoretically. Using the same
logic, those setting up their own independent
contracts and using private commercial paper
can create an independent economy as long as
it stays off the grid. This kind of informal market
already exist, it is called the black market, the
underworld and falsely called the Criminal
Enterprise. In communist China before the free
market was allowed to function freely, there
was always a black market that gave the
poorest a way to survive under a failed system

but viable entity which operated without
permission and under threat of punishment.

given official permission, it also gives legal
jurisdiction to the powers that be to collect
taxes and fees on the profits. They will file
claims as soon as possible. On the other hand, if
they did not know you existed as an enterprise
you could function in peace. You can learn a
great lesson from nature. A child is conceived
and grows in the darkness of the womb so that
it can be protected. A seed starts

out in the open, itsopposition would quickly put
an end to its fragile existence. Secrecy will serve
you well. This secrecy is not for tax evasion, it is
purely strategic.

We can very accurately predict what will
happen to an Empire many years in advance.
We can tell whether or not their demise will be
violent or if they will simply perish from old age
and die naturally. If we believe that a
government is a Father, we can ask the
question, does he give more than he takes? Is
he a shelter during the storm and a guide in
dark places? A government that last seeks
balance and justice. It does not allow the weak
and old to be exploited. Because, if it did, it
would only be sowing the seeds for revolution
and confusion. Oak trees do not produce
apples. You can expect the logical out come
from the actions and behavior of what you see
before you now. You will walk through the cities
of America and behold the dead being
consumed by the wild beast of the field and say

I used to tell young people to get out of the box.

Until I realized there is no box left, the whole
game has changed. You are now in competition
with everybody in the world. Now the earth is
flat, someone in the Philippines may outbid you
on a job, not just the guy on the other side of
town. You can take out your smart phone and
send a text to the United Kingdom as fast as you
send a text down the street.

The person who will succeed in the future is

the one who can put together systems. Rather
than having large groups of employees, you can
subcontract portions of a job to several
different companies. You rid yourself of the
paperwork and administrative overhead that is
time consuming and annoying. The game has
changed, yesterday is over. You can’t just make
America great again, People must get up off
their butts and become great again. We’re not
the only ones with a smart phone and a
computerwe must be competitive. Let the
machines do the work.

I am thinking seriously about taking over

leases and buying Laundromats. Even though
it’s not entirely an automatic stream of

secondary education at a community college,

1. You must have a millionaires mind set.

That means not being limited in your

2. Make money a priority, eliminate all of
your negative conditioning about
making money or of having it. Expect to
do more than just get by. Develop a
realistic strategy to creating the level of
income that you seek. Stop associating
with people who feel differently about

models who are doing what you want
to do. After you make the money then
manage, leverage and invest in vehicles
that grow your fortune.
4. You will have ups and downs but it’s
not what happens to you but how you
respond that counts. Every mistake is a
necessary learning experience. As you
grow in knowledge, you will notice the
conditions around you will change on
the outside to reflect the changes on
the inside. As you grow in the value that
you bring to the table, the quality of
your jobs and income will change for
the better.
5. Work on improving yourself. Invest in
books, seminars, conferences that
increase your value and your profits will
take care of itself. Work on becoming
the best version of your higher self.
6. Sometimes your best laid plans will fall
apart, what does it mean? Nothing, it
shows you that the world is a chaotic
and unpredictable place. Expect
traitors, hustlers and thieves. They are
everywhere, just learn to spot them
from a safer distance.

9. When you are good, you never have to
chase after money, it will chase after

10. Invest time before you invest money.
Investigate before you invest. The
sooner you start the better.
11. Learn the step by step process of how
the money is made. Know the finer
details of your business. Know your
numbers, your unit cost, overhead etc.
12. Stay out of bad debt, it will make you a
slave to money. Good debt will make
you money. Bad debt will not.
13. Be disciplined never make decisions
based purely on emotion and in
feelings. Look at the facts.
14. You must keep money moving to fight
inflation.
15. Spend less than you earn, channel your
savings into investments.

way. Keep your eyes on the goal and see it as
already done. You will see yourself changing

blue, you will get the urge to call someone or do
something new and different. It will lead you to
an open door to your objective.

CHAPTER 2 EDUCATE YOURSELF

In my opinion, the internet has made the

present model of education obsolete. It has
become almost totally useless at both the
public school level and at the college and
advanced levels. Before we go further into the
details of my analysis, let’s go back to the
human being so that you can understand the
context of my reasoning.

Life is both hardwired and software. Each

one of your cells that are in the body are alive
independently. The body is a mechanism that is
driven by energy like a car is driven by burning
gasoline. The material that makes up the body
is originally all taken from the earth. On the
other hand the other part of you is the
software, it directs the energy that drives the
body and makes it function properly in all of its
programs. For instance all the food you eat
turns into human flesh. Even if you ate cat food,
you would never turn into a cat this software
manages everything from the memory to the
heartbeat while you are sleeping. It can manage
this body for 150 years right now if you knew
how and what to eat.

 Death as you have been taught is an
illusion. While it is true that the earth will
ultimately reclaim that part of you that
originated with the earth, the software did not
and like all other energy it cannot die or be
destroyed. This energy does not age or can it be
impaired. At what you call death, it is separated
from the body and rejoins the masses of energy
on its frequency. In its discarnate state, it loses
its ability to discriminate clearly, its sense of
time and distance are lost. Its state of mind is
determined only by the condition and
circumstances of its separation from the body.
If death was peaceful, then it is in a state of
rest. If death was violent, then the energy is in a
state of torture and confusion. The software has
perfect recall when the memory can be
accessed. The wisest people among the human
beings know that they are not the body but the
majority of them do not. They are prevented
from knowing because they can be more
thoroughly exploited in their ignorance. All
religions hide the facts so that the masses can
be controlled. When you close your eyes do
your surroundings cease to exist? Can your dog
hear sounds that you can’t? Does that mean
that those sounds are not real?

Now let’s go back to our discussion, the

internet has made the traditional ways of

teaching obsolete why does the society prevent
change? The reason is the same as with religion,
it would stop being profitable. Access to all
college lectures, whether from Harvard , Yale or
North Carolina State would be available to
anyone for a nominal cost electronically .The
outlandish cost that universities charge for
textbooks would become impossible. The book
cost $8.00 to print and cost the college $30. But
it sells it to the student for $350. Why would
anyone pay $100,000 for a series of lectures
that could be accessed on the internet for a
nominal cost? A whole course could be
accessed by students worldwide and at their
own convenience. At this point the institutions
will not give you credit for completing the
required curriculum if you do not physically
attend their campus and pass their tests there. I
have a feeling that this will change any way in
time.

The social and networking advantages of

college life has been greatly exaggerated and
overrated. Americans are on the whole, a lot
dumber than they were in Math and English in
1945. If you look at the US Army’s entry test
results for draftees. Even with the modern day
computers, the average young person cannot
write an intelligent essay that can be
understood without spell check. Let’s assume

that the purpose of the college experience was
to prepare you to function as an effective writer
and speaker. And that after the experience you
could think clearly and behave in the work place
profitably for your employers. If that could be
done over the internet, so be it.

There are many things that are hidden from

the masses. First let me say that the masses are
never really educated, they are given
information that enables them to serve their
superiors. You must understand that it is the
blind who need instruments to navigate, not
the ones with sight. Everything can’t be reduced
to numbers and formulas, this kind of
knowledge was presented to hide truth from
the Fallen Angels [NFL.]

Let’s define some terms and concepts, Entity

defines a legal corporation but it is also a living
thing without a body. Entities cannot speak
clearly on their own, they whisper. They are
artificial because they are living creatures who
were not born naturally. They did not come in
at the door. There was no Mother.

mean different things at various times. It is easy
to practice deception in this language, it is not a

people are identity thieves, they claim to be
races that they are not. They simply wrote
themselves into the history of those tribes who
really did live on the earth.

ALIEN means not being from the land. A means

Not. LIEN means to be bound or tied to. Many
of these who call themselves Europeans are not
your brothers at all but they pretend they are
especially when there is a war. Otherwise, you
are a doormat and an enemy.

Back to educating yourself. Your net worth

is your report card not your credit report.
Always be in control of your investments that

way you can reduce unnecessary risk. Do the
analytics before investing but if you want to sail
in the tall ships you must go into the deep
waters.

If you want to grow and develop you must

stop associating with mentally dead people.
What does that mean? Dead things cannot
move themselves. If one of your tables in the
living room decided to put itself nearer to the
door, you would believe that someone moved it
there. Because dead things do not reason, think
or take action. Mentally dead people will never
make progress. They will complain but will
never take decisive action. So stop wasting your
time.

 LEARN THE LAW

In order to survive, you must know the law and

how it applies to you at all times. In some States
in the Deep South or in urban areas, you could
be executed for jay walking or for your dog not
having the proper license. If you are European,
you will dramatically increase your rate of
progress financially when you have a good
understanding of commercial and business law.

On the other hand, if you are Black, Hispanic or

Asian, being knowledgeable may save you many
years in jail and thousands of dollars in legal
fees. If you are legally classified as a minority or
emigrant your path to progress can be made
difficult or entirely abbreviated. Any of the
vague terms mentioned above means that you
are not covered in the American Constitution
where it says “We the People” they were not
talking about you or any of your ancestors or
children.

I have taught basic business and banking law

well over 20 years to private students. Most of
them come to me without any instruction at all
in civics or local law. The school system no
longer teaches citizenship or business law at
any level. There is a desperate need for

everyone but especially for younger people to
understand the law and how the law
enforcement industry works, Yes Sir, it is an
industry that makes billions per year that
supports thousands of police officers, prison
guards, Lawyers, Judges and support staff. If the
unending supply of offenders in the form of
emigrants, urban city blacks and Hispanics dried
up; it would drive the industry into bankruptcy.

The first step is to buy a copy of The Black’s

Law Dictionary. Buy Barron’s or any other. I
have no preference, just get a paperback
edition. Your job is to learn every legal term and
definition in the book. You must keep the law
dictionary with you in your car and in your
office. Refer to it as you look over agreements,
contracts, sales receipts and any other legal
document.” Important notice”, Do not ever sign
anything that you do not fully understand. It will
not be enough for you to call a Lawyer.
Attorneys are like prostitutes, they will work for
whoever pays them the most money. None of
them has any loyalty to you. You will be sold
down the river in a flash. They are businessmen,
in business to make money. They will often give
you inaccurate or incomplete information
because they are too busy. Inadvertently this
information will favor the system at your

expense or will make their job easier by sending
you on a wild goose chase.

Let me give an example of what it cost to be

uninformed. A man of nearly fifty years old
contacted me about a recent situation involving
his family. It seems that he had been pressured
by members of his family and their attorney
into signing a quitclaim deed to a $100,000
property without any compensation at all. This
property was beneficiary property from his
Father, who had recently passed. His relatives
and their attorney were successful in convincing
him that it was necessary in the possibility that
he could be someday put in a rest home and
the property could be sold because of his
health.

If this story was not so sad, it would be a joke

with a great punch line. He had signed away all
of his legal claim to the property forever.
Conservatively, he lost $30, 000. This tragedy is
often repeated.

Finance Companies, contracts, rental

agreements, non- compete agreements and
non- disclosure contracts rob the uninformed of
thousands of dollars per day. If you have no
idea of what you are agreeing to then you
volunteer to be an idiot. You can acquire copies

of these Law Dictionaries on amazon .com or
any bookstore.

The assumption that the objective of the law is

justice is false and entirely misguided. The
commonly accepted idea is that law is just
common sense is also wrong. The law favors
those who have knowledge and money. What is
perfectly legal is often unethical and dishonest.
My Father had a saying that over the years I
have found to be surprisingly accurate. He said
“The large print gives, and the small print takes
away.”

DO YOU SPEAK LEGALESE?

Many legal terms are used in everyday

conversations and it is assumed that they have
the same meaning as they do on the street. Let
me assure you that is not the case. Anyone who
is trained in the law is a danger to your personal
liberty and a potential threat to your wealth.
Large companies and Corporations are careful

about what they say or write when they are
confronted by those highly skilled in legal issues
and in court procedures.

Some years ago a young lady wanted to

speak with a friend of mine about a problem
she was having with Social Service. The lady had
several elementary aged children and they were
all skinny. The school nurse had reported her
concerns to the Dept. Of Social Services and
they were threatening to remove the kids, the
Mother was understandably frantic at the idea
of having her kids taken away. After he had
satisfied himself that there was no basis for
such an action. He agreed to meet with her and
write a letter on her behalf. They also wrote a
letter to the home of the Social Service Lady
and her husband informing them that if the kids
were taken that they would vigorously seek
damages from the financial holdings of both she
and her husband. The minimum damages
amounting to 3 million for each of the children
removed from the home. He informed them
that the City may help them with legal fees but
that he doubted it seriously.

In short order, he had a call from the Social

Service ladies’ husband assuring him that the
matter was dropped.

 The most important part in Medicine is the
legal part. The same is true of Real Estate,
Construction, Life Insurance and
Transportation. If you are competent in the
practice and application of law, you would be
an asset in Banking and Finance or any kind of
business and commerce based entirely on
contract law. One interesting fact is that 85% of
legal issues can be handled by a Paralegal. 85%
of Medical problems can be solved by a Nurse
or Physician’s Assistant. What am I suggesting?
That over 80% of the time, you can handle your
own legal issues and save yourself both time
and money.

A great deal of the time, it is a matter of filling

out forms you can find books on common legal
forms at the library or you can download the
forms from the internet. Sometimes it’s more
practical to download the particular form
required by a certain state directly from the
Secretary of State’s Office.

I helped a former inmate acquire and file a

request for an expungement so he could get a
better job. The lowest lawyer’s fee for the job
was $2800. I charged him $5. And that was for
the black ink pens required to fill out the forms.

Generally I train people on how to do their

own legal work. But I got into trouble one time.

Let me tell you about it. A certain preacher
called me about doing a church charter for 7
churches that he wanted to combine under one
charter with him as Chief Bishop. Some of the
churches were already chartered and some
were not. In time I completed all of the work
except for getting the Notary’s Stamp, which
was not possible because the preacher had to
sign the documents in the presence of the
Notary. I had agreed to do the work in exchange
for some seats for my church. Unfortunately the
application did not go through and of course I
was puzzled. I had done over 50 church charters
and had never had one rejected. So I called the
Secretary of State’s Office to see what the
problem was. Believe it or not the dumb ass
preacher had mailed the forms without either
signing the forms or getting a Notary Stamp.
And to add insult to injury, he had gone
downtown to complain about me practicing law
without a license. Bear in mind, he had not yet
given me the chairs. When he discovered that
the problem was his fault he attempted to
apologize but I told him off anyway.

To make a longer story shorter, I later got a

call from a city attorney asking whether I was a
member of the man’s church. I told him I was
not. Then he asked the most important
question, how much did you charge him? I

replied nothing, there was an empty, long
silence on the other end of the line. However I
quickly added, he promised to donate some
chairs to my church. Well, Mr. Brown, he
drawled, the next time I hear of you practicing
law, I’m going to fine you $500.00. Under
normal circumstances the preacher would have
paid $7000. To get such legal work done. The
package was complete with bylaws and an
application for the federal 501c3. He got a hell
of a bargain and I learned a lesson.

This brings up another curious discussion.

What exactly is the license to practice law and
who grants it? Actually here in the USA, no one.
Technically, after taking the required academic
studies and passing a Bar Exam one is admitted
to the practice of law by the issuance of a Bar
Card by a Bar Association which is a
Professional Club. The only redeeming aspect of
this is that one can freely act in his own behalf if
it is determined that he is of sound mind and
judgment and is competent to represent
himself. Up until a few years ago, you could
take the Bar Exam in Louisiana and if you
passed, you could practice law without formal
schooling. Of course as you already know, in
that state, you study Napoleonic Law. Basically
my determination has been that most Lawyers
are incompetent in the actual practice of law in

the court room and in the execution of forms
they fall short of the goal. If you study court
cases as I have in great detail you will find
blatant mistakes,oversights and errors passed
over continuously. How do I know? Because I
have worked as a paralegal well over 20 years. I
know when forms are properly filled out for
filing. My determination that the judicial System
is an Industry is based on my observation that
people who are in public masses are the raw
material used to fuel the system. If justice is
achieved, it happens rarely and coincidentally
and never was the goal.

My advice for those among you called

Minorities is to stay out of the court system.
Obey all the traffic laws. Do your best to avoid
trouble of any kind because there is no justice
for you in such a system.

CHAPTER 3 STACK MONEY Act

Broke
The more powerful a person is the less likely he
is to talk about himself. He has no need to try to
impress others. They get all of the information
that they need by close observation. They read
body language and often pick up valuable
information from verbal slips. Being slightly
mysterious is a tremendous negotiating
advantage. A wise man stays out of his
emotions and his feelings. He deals primarily

with the facts. No matter what the
circumstances an experienced businessman
never appears needy for a job, for business or
even for a personal relationship.

Employees, investors and customers are

both attracted by a strong masculine alpha
energy. Even when you are correcting an
employee never raise your voice, be in control
of your anger. Check them in the same way you
would correct a wayward child. Patiently point
out the error then show them how it could be
avoided in the future. Unfortunately people in
today’s society grow up more slowly than they
did 50 years ago. They are not as resilient and
cannot think on their feet. Grown men and
women post their personal and private
information online like children.

Why should you act broke? The most obvious

reason is basic human nature. Don’t broadcast
your successes because it makes people jealous.
People have always been jealous of one another
throughout history and they still are right now.
It’s better to keep quiet about your success and
investments because doing this will make your
friends and acquaintances feel less threatened.
They know that all of you started out under the
same general circumstances and that you were
generally the same in talents and abilities. Now,

you are extraordinarily successful and they are
wondering, what in the world happened and
how did you get so far ahead financially? In
some cases, it may actually make people angry.
So the obvious solution is to keep quiet and just
stack up the money. Put it in foundations,
Licensed Limited Corporations and other
entities without your name on them. This
strategy will completely eliminate the problem.
Live modestly in an average home and drive an
average car and, believe me everyone will be
happy. Most millionaires are driven by habit
anyway, they have lived on a budget for all of
their adult lives and habitually dress
moderately. Most of them are not used to
wasting money on trivial things that clearly will
not bring a return on investment. Most business
people stay so busy working that they seldom
have the time to really study their investments.
Many of their returns on investments could
have been greatly enhanced if they had been
closely followed and paid attention to. Many
successful men that I know will go to the same
restaurant that they have been customers of for
years and enjoy the same old blue plate special
with all the working men in their crew and
never even think of being seen at the local
overpriced steakhouse.

 Another thing, being famous has some
drawbacks and disadvantages. You can become
a target and when that happens your options
are reduced. You can no longer disappear in a
crowd. Both you and your family will need
security. Your personal phone number will need
to be kept secret not to mention the location of
your personal residence. A full time secretary
will be an absolute necessity to manage your
time and to protect you from financial
predators. So, you can see acting broke and
busted is the better alternative. It enables you
to enjoy the best of both worlds. Unfortunately
as you grow, in knowledge your choice in
friends will change but that is a slow process.
You will have less in common with friends that
you had 10 years ago. You will have vastly
different interest and goals.

CHAPTER 4 THE
LAW & PRO SE LITIGATION
What does pro se litigation mean and how does
it apply to me? This is a Latin term that literally
means to speak for one’s self in a legal action. I
have been very successful in business because I
understand the law. I also teach people how to
understand and apply the law in their business
and in the process of buying and selling. For
instance as a requirement for getting your
driver’s license, you agreed to obey all traffic
laws. However, you do not know all the traffic
laws. In your state there are at least 2000
distinct and separate laws. You know only a
fraction of them. You are still bound to the
code. Just like the traffic laws you are bound to
marriage laws, tax regulations and corporate

rules. In this chapter we will review what they
are and how they apply to you and more
importantly, how you can navigate around and
through them to your advantage.

Let’s look at income tax, sales tax property

tax and workman’s comp. What is the
percentage of everyday items do taxes take?
Over all you spend 38% of your total gross
income on average in taxes.

1. In a 10 dollar Pizza 38% goes to tax

2. On Alcohol 72% goes to tax, it’s call a
sin tax

This is not a criticism of the tax policy but

merely a statement of fact. Federal income
tax is defined as something derived from
property, from skill, an excise tax passed on
as a state’s share of a joint effort in the

 individual’s production. Property is defined
as an excise privilege. By the way, did you
know that under the existing law Social
Security is entirely voluntary? Under Hales
vs. Hinkle 1935. An individual can carry on
private business without government
interference if he receives nothing from the
government. Those who choose to do so
are classified as conducting business not
open to the public. The business is open to
persons by invitation only. Have you ever
heard of such a business? They operate off
the grid. It is perfectly legal. Some of these
people are paid in gold coin. For instance a
$20. Double Eagle is presently worth $1350
in Federal Reserve notes but is recorded in
tax liability at face value.

COURT ROOM STRATEGY & PROCEDURE

According to Jerry Spence in his book on

training Lawyers, 90% of them are incompetent
in court room strategy and procedures. Over
94% of the time, if you are represented by an
attorney, you will lose your case in open court.
If you represent yourself you have a better

chance, you will lose only 84% of the time. Let’s
take a look at why.

1. The lawyers first duty is to the court

and then to the public. You are in the
3rd and last position.
2. Your friends will tell you that you need
a good lawyer but they can’t tell you
how to find one. There are so many
niches and specialties in law, how do
you know that he really knows what he
is doing. I don’t need a divorce lawyer
in a personal injury case. Do you really
believe that he will turn down $ 50,000
and honestly tell me that he is not
familiar with a Personal Injury
Transaction?
3. It is not the duty of the Public Defender
to win a case. He is there to make a
show of defending your rights so that
the case will not be appealed. He
defends the state against appealable
errors. The Judge, the Prosecutor and
the Public Defender are all on the
State’s Payroll. If you think that you will
get a fair trial, then you are a fool.
4. Clients are Wards of the court. When
you sign the contract with an Attorney,
you give him a Guardian Ward Status
over you. Often these people are new

 Lawyers just out of school who have
never represented a real client before,
have never seen an actual contract,
they cannot impeach a witness or
address a jury. Their Law License is
cruel lie, a hoax and a joke.
5. Most of the public don’t what’s
happening anyway, they are as sheep
being led to the slaughter.
6. The court does not work according to
any logic, there is a certain set of
procedures that must be followed. For
instance the Judge may ask how you
plead, guilty or innocent. He does not
tell you there are over 15 ways you
could plead because he wants to save
time. He does not care whether you go
to jail or not.

Government can regulate what it

subsidizes, for instance when farmers get
an allotment he can only plant what the
authorities say and only as much as they
say. The proper legal name for it is an
Adhesion Contract. When you agree to such
terms then you leave the status of a
common-law free man and are reduced to a
businessman under an adhesion contract
with hidden requirements. All the licenses
you get further impair your freedoms. You

 have rules under the Securities and
Exchange Commission, Mandatory
insurance coverage and other monthly
reports.

Under private business there are no

government regulations. The business is
paid in gold coins and silver dollars. This
possible under the Coinage Act 5112G.No
reporting is required if the income is below
$7200 in the face value of the gold coins,
bear in mind that they have an actual value
of $117,000 in purchasing power and in
Federal Reserve Notes. All of this is covered
under the Numismatic Items.

YOU SHOULD KNOW FAMILY LAW

Ask one of the professional Athletes who has to
pay his ex-wife 2 million a year. When you have
a lot of money you need to know how family
law works. When you get married and get a
Marriage License from the state, your marriage
becomes a 3 Party General Partnership and it
gives the state an interest in the proceeds of
the arrangement. The state owns the children

produced 100% because of the birth certificate
and it has a 33% share financially. Even if you
die, your wife has to give the state 33% in the
form of inheritance tax. We have the
impression that there always was a state
marriage license, this is not true. As late as the
year 1900 State Marriage License were very
rare in the USA. They were unheard of in
human history, marriage has always been a
family matter. In the Patriarchal Marriage, the
contract was between the groom and the
Father of the woman. It passed guardianship of
the woman from the Father to the husband.
The woman was seen as only a liability. Under
such an arrangement the man owned the
children. Never before in human history has the
woman had any say in the disposition of
children.

Since the state has now imposed its way

into the Marriage under the principle of
Parents- Patrai, the States decides whether the
parents are deserving of raising the child. Under
the State Marriage License the state determines
custody. So how does the State determine
custody?

1. Financial Ability to earn.

2. Moral Character

5. Greater Formal Education

The Guardian Ward relationship is a Trust

relationship. The child is incapable ofmanaging
its own affairs and needs a guardian. A curator
may also be appointed to manage the actual
property of a child beneficiary. When you
acquire a marriage license it is prime facie proof
of claim that you are incompetent to manage
your own family. When a child is born in the
home without a Birth Certificate, the Father
owns the child automatically and the State has
to go to court to establish a claim.

Civil Rights is a redress to remedy discrimination

claims. Discrimination deprives one of rights or
privileges that are due. For instance the remedy
for false arrest is $1000 per day for everyday
held unjustly. This is pretty much ignored
because most southern states would go
bankrupt if they adequately compensated Black
men unjustly incarcerated.

SUBSISTENCE AND SURVIVAL

Global 2000 articulates the real objective of the
Federal Government and was formally adapted
as official policy by President James Carter. It
calls for the systematic reduction of the human
population by 90% in the next 50 years. The
public claim is to cure Cancer, Aids and Diabetes
while privately disease is vigorously being
spread by the very same agencies supposedly
seeking cures. Aids is growing exponentially
among the third world peoples of the earth.
They are not seeking to reduce their own
relatives but yours. Disease is spread in vaccines
and in unsanitary conditions brought about by
war and poverty. So the real threat to your
health and safety is the government. They want
to eliminate the sick and the old. They want to
eliminate the nonproductive and the homeless
in all the major population centers. The quickest
way to do this is by disease.

So how would a person stay out of the way

and increase his chances of survival?

1. Stay out of major urban population

centers like New York.
2. Make a living outside of the System and
off of the grid. When Government
controls the flow of money, they can
decide if food is available in certain
areas.

 3. Make $100,000 per year off of 25 acres,
developed in Tuskegee, Alabama by Dr.
Wately using a Rockefeller Grant. It is a
4 man operation. Is basically a Pick Your
Own Operation. You can also put in a
store. There is already a 12% portion of
the population that buys organic
products already. Sell these products at
the retail level to them, they will pay in
advance for delivery later. You need a
100 customers at one thousand dollars
each to make the operation viable.
4. It may take several years to get it going
but there is evidence that it would
easily become self -sustaining.
5. A back yard operation would produce
enough vegetables to feed a family for a
year.
6. Scientific Principles do not change, they
remain a constant.

There is no systematic mechanism in Western

Culture that is designed to allow White
Supremacy to be overturned by logical or legal
means. The system often appears to be
contradictory and arbitrary in its effort to
maintain itself in power. No person classified as
non- white is ever assisted by the system to

become more than a helper and a servant
supporting European goals. Any effort outside
of White Supremacy is classified as illegal and
criminal. An old lady operating a back porch
school supply and candy store was arrested
when I was a child for operating an unlicensed
enterprise. I wondered why she was handled so
roughly at the time but now I know. It was part
of the coordinated systematic effort to keep
Blacks disenfranchised and dependent while
simultaneously blaming them for a lack of effort
and laziness. It is often bazaar and extreme. I
watched a group of Police on television choke
an overweight diabetic to death for selling loose
cigarettes on the street. It was obviously a state
sponsored murder. It can never be called that
but that’s exactly what it was.

What that actually means that in order to

succeed, if you are Black, you must be outside
of the system. Let me give you an example, 50%
of Black college graduates will get behind in
their student loans. The education that they
have been given is not sufficient to get them a
job in their field of interest or pay them enough
to make a living. Traditionally White
corporations do not hire Black candidates
unless forced to by government and then they
are pushed into in human relations or some
other dead end situation. The American Post

Office employs more Black PHDs than the entire
academic system.

If you are reading this and you are presently

below 45 years old, you have an opportunity to
stop wasting your time trying to be accepted by
institutions that will never accept you and by
design. You must work for yourself outside the
system. There is a law of compensation. If you
are not a servant or employee the rewards for
what you produce will come directly back to
you. Don’t kill up time trying to figure out how
it works, it cannot do otherwise. If a man jumps
off a high building, will he go up? No, there is a
law of gravity, he will inevitably fall downward.
Put it another way. The more you produce the
richer you will become. The greater your
production, the less competition you will have.
Let’s look at an illustration, an eagle can fly at
15,000 feet high and at 65 mph. That’s about 3
miles high at that level, every other bird that
eagle meets is also an eagle. Chickens, Robins
and humming birds cannot survive at that level.
There are fewer snakes at that level. Did you
know that there is a snake line on every
mountain? Above that line, no snakes can
survive, there is not enough oxygen.

Getting rich is not an accident. Take care of

the cause and the effect will be automatic.

Being successful is not a beauty or popularity
contest. People do not have to like you or even
support you, hell, they don’t know who owns
the business unless you tell them. In any case
thousands of people will buy your product if
they need it. It’s been my experience that
becoming more successfulinvolved unlearning
as much as it involved learning. Much of what
we were taught in school and church is smoke,
mirrors and bullshit. Let’s be crystal clear,
producers are more important than consumers.
Those who are self- reliant are more likely to
survive in any circumstance. Agriculture has a
rhythm that is in perfect harmony with nature
and it is a constant reminder that our existence
is depends on weather patterns and climatic
conditions. It doesn’t depend onreligion, politics
or banking policies. All of these complexities are
fanciful imaginings. If we can find no shelter,
food or covering life would simply cease to
exist.

A farmer fences in chickens to keep them

entirely dependent upon him, in order to
remain alive. He sees to it that their foraging
area is reduced to his land and that they cannot
establish nesting areas elsewhere. In the case of
these birds, they have not entered into
servitude voluntarily. In due course, they will be
loaded on to a truck and be delivered to a

slaughterhouse. Their end is the logical
outcome to their subservient position. The only
reason for their capture and incarceration was
exploitation.

Every by the hour job is just like the chicken

farm. The most important difference is that you
volunteer to be exploited. You trade your time
and labor for money. You choose to be
financially dependent on the employer for the
contracted wage. He does not normally
guarantee a 40 hour work week but he will do
his best to provide as many hours as possible
for you because that also works to his
advantage for you to produce as much labor as
possible. Why? Because he will receive 4 times
as much as the contracted wage rate. For
instance, let’s say the wage rate is $15 per hour.
The retail charge is $60. So at 40 hours, you get
$600 minus 30% for taxes. You will receive $600
minus $180 which equals $420.

Your employer will receive $2400 gross from

your labor alone. But let’s say conservatively
that he has nine other men doing the same
work at the same rate. That 40 hour period will
produce $24,000 for your employer and his
investors. I am not angry with them, that’s just
how capitalism works. What I am trying to
illustrate is that this is not the ideal

arrangement for you. Just like with the
chickens, the reason for your relationship is
exploitation. If you become unable to work,
your relationship will end abruptly. In due
course you will be retired and put in a program
that ends in your termination. A person will last
about 15 years on the average on Social
Security.

In ancient Egypt when the government

confiscated 20% if their income, people knew
that they had been reduced to slavery. They
had no recourse they were under the Pharaoh,
a descendent of the Gods. Now the federal
government takes 38% of what we make and
tell us that we are free men. Those who are
elected to public office do not claim to be
descendants of the Sun and moon god and yet
we believe what they say about being free. Do
the math, you have to be a dumb ass to accept
that reasoning. You have to work from January
until May or April before you get any clear
money to live on. People who are in business
have hundreds of legitimate deductions so that
they are not as encumbered by tax regulations
as you are. Sometimes they do not even take a
salary, they turn the profits back into the
business in inventory and into new equipment.
That new Mercedes that the boss is driving is
probably not in his name, it is a company car

and the corporation is paying for both the gas
and the insurance.

CHAPTER 5
SUCCESS IS 85% BALLS & 15%
BRAINS
I did very well in school academically, I
graduated in the top 3% of my class but it
neither helped nor hindered me in business. I
was from a lower class family in a group of
students whose fathers and mothers were
Lawyers, Doctors and other professionals. I had
no trouble at all with the school work but
socially I was an outcast. I had no real social
network in high school. I remember in the
seventh grade when the teacher asked for our
home phone number and I correctly told her
that we did not have a home phone, the
teacher fell down laughing.” No inside toilet
either “she asked, then the whole class went
absolutely bananas. The truth was that we did
not have phone, television or inside bathroom
until I was fourteen. I had read all the books in
my age group in the Black Library on Gillespie
Street and had been thrown out of the white
library on several occasions because Blacks
were still not allowed. I spent a lot of my free
time in the libraries at school. I was quick on my
feet, had a laser focus and was at the top of the

class. I never had life balance that was a foreign
concept after school my brother and I chopped
wood for the wood stove and did whatever
chores were assigned to us at the time. What
served me well is that I never hesitated to make
hard decisions, I had a killer instinct and would
focus on one thing at a time. The experience
helped me to learn to think on my feet, to keep
notes on various projects and have a day timer
for appointments and to do list. My Father saw
no value in school at all. He thought that if you
could read, write and accurately count money
that was all you would need. He thought
anyone who didn’t have an A or B+ grade
average should be put out of school anyway.

I started my company because My Father

required us, my brother and me, to pay for
room and board after he wanted us to quit
school and get a job, after the sixth grade. I had
done artwork all my life, so hand lettering signs
were not any problem. It soon became a
profitable enterprise. I learned business by
getting into the street and going from store to
store passing out fliers. I did silk screening, wall
signs, truck lettering and even painted naked
women on the interior walls at a lounge
downtown Fayetteville, North Carolina just
outside of the Fort Bragg Military Base which
was at the time a training facility. I also did

roofing repairs, hung and repaired sheetrock,
painted houses and estimated renovation &
construction jobs.

Let me tell you what I learned as far back as

the sixth grade. I learned that life comes in
seasons. In the winter time nothing is growing,
everything is shut down. You just have to wait
until it passes. You have to live off your
resources and savings. You must endure and
hang on because nothing can last forever. You
can use the down time to both rest and to plan
ahead. Prepare and wait for springtime. That
season is an opportunity. It is a time to hurry, it
is a window of opportunity to clear ground,
plow and plant. In this season, you must refuse
all recreation and party invitations, the
preparatory work is too important. If you miss
this season, it will be a whole year before you
get the chance to do this work again. If there is
no planting, there will be no harvest. No harvest
means no food and no money. If you are lucky
enough to be successful, weeding cultivating
and carefully watching for insects is required
absolutely. Success in business is not an
accident, it requires balls. Keep your eyes on
the goal and not on the problems. Become
doggedly persistent. Learn to attack without
provocation or hesitation. All setbacks are only
temporary, victory is certain.

 SCIENTIFIC PATH TO
MANIFESTATION

Planting ideas in the mind is similar to planting

seeds into rich dark ground, they must first be
planted properly at the right depth and at the
right time of the moon. When you desire
something to come into your life, you must be
specific and it must be described in great detail
If possible include the model number. Better
still get a full color photograph of the item and
below the item with a sharpie pen write
“Thank You. “ That means that you have
accepted that it is already done. That’s the law
of expectancy in full operation. Take the
photograph and put it away under a tablecloth
or in a drawer. Let the universe cause the seed
to grow. Don’t dig it up the seed to see if it has
sprouted. This only retards the process. At odd
times during the day or night you will get
flashes of insight and urges to do or say
something to someone. You might be asked to
call someone that you have not seen in quite
some time. Do it, as you go forward toward
your goal, you must trust the higher mind. A
leader must trust his own best judgment. It

takes balls like a brass monkey to go forward
when nobody can see what you see but you.
Unfortunately that’s the way it must be done.
Most people will never be leaders, no matter
how many PHDs they have. They want someone
else to risk his money and take the chance, now
once the profits begin to roll in, they want a full
share.

The biggest single component in making

good decisions is having current information. If
you know how to keep an eye on the indexes
and indicators, you will be in a position to make
great decisions. If you have 80% of the available
information you can have confidence that your
perception of the situation, trends and general
conditions are correct. Sometimes even with
the available evidence, your gut may be telling
you to wait or to avoid trusting the information,
on these occasions, it is generally best to trust
your gut, that feeling in your bones. Remember,
when you are looking into the future, there are
no clear road markers. You must trust your
higher mind and intuition. When you are talking
to people, the body language gives much more
information than their words ever will. The
process of just quietly watching and observing
will give you sufficient information to make
decisions on. Listen closely when talking to
anyone, try not to interrupt them.

 Both success and failure leaves clues ,former
neighbors and work associates have valuable
information, when doing background checks or
doing skip tracing work speak with them. One
interesting thing about human nature is that
when people change their location, they do not
change their habits, their religion or sexual
preference. They will subscribe to the same
magazines, drink at the same kinds of bars or go
to the same denominational church.

What is true of an individual is also true of a

region or a state. Past history is a reliable
indicator of the long term future of an area, if
nothing fundamental changes. Certain States
and Counties within those States will continue
to be impoverished because of traditional
behaviors and attitudes. Their habits and
practices keep causing the same negative
results. They keep electing the same kind of
incompetent, backward leadership. If you plan
to invest in a state or county and you want to
know the future state of the economy for the
next 100 years, look for the number of patents
issued from the federal government to that
county for the past fifty years. It will give a good
indication of whether any innovation is likely to
occur. Additionally look at the per capita
income and the number of colleges and trade
schools. See whether the graduates are staying

or leaving that county after graduation. This will
give you an accurate picture of the future
economics if current trends continue.

A decaying and declining community is no

indication that it is necessarily a bad
investment. It may mean that if you are
observant, that you could buy both choice
commercial and residential lots for pennies on
the dollar, if you wait long enough. When the
time is right, don’t hesitate to pull the trigger.
Having reliable and accurate sources of
information will remove any fear of making a
decision. You will be making bold and audacious
business moves. It will seem like you are a
genius but you will have inside information.
Then you will have no fear of competition or of
market share. The census report will give you an
accurate projection of the coming death rates,
birth rates and of new people moving into the
area. It’s extremely important to know whether
an area is growing up or dying.

If you are still uncertain get an option to

buy choice properties or better still, lease with
an option to buy. One of my inside secrets is
that I read a number of foreign newspapers
every day, that way, you can keep a handle on
what is happening from an objective outside
viewpoint.

LIVING IN THE REAL WORLD

When a criminal escapes from prison and gets

out among the civilian population, Law
Enforcement issues a warning to the general
population that this individual is armed and
dangerous. Do not approach him alone, if you
see him notify the authorities so that they can
handle him. Why such a stern warning? This
person is armed with a different mindset and a
different set of values that make him
unpredictable. The fact is that you don’t have a
chance of opposing him even if he did not have
a gun. He would attack you and break both legs
and your neck before you hit the ground.
Compared to him you live in a square world,
you can be controlled by suggestions, signs and
colorful advertisements. Only 5% of the civilian
population can think over once or twice per
year. Additionally 3% of the remaining 5 only
think that they are thinking. The 2%, the adepts
run the world from the top of the pyramid. They
are in control not because they are so smart but
because you are so slow.

Formal schooling does not prepare a

business person or even an Attorney to thrive in
the real world. Most of the high sounding

theories on business were not written by actual
business people but by professors and
academicians in ivory towers who have never
run a business enterprise. The reality is that the
market is more like a jungle where the weak
and mentally slow are literally eaten alive. The
streets have the morality of a silver backed
guerilla during the height of mating season. The
only rule is to destroy the competition, so you
can mate. The process is presented as if it was
fair and actually has rules of engagement. It
does not. The objective of the contest is to
control as much land and resources as possible.
Laws were made in hindsight to justify the
ownership of territory that was stolen and the
legitimate owners put to death. Now the
ownership is made to appear both legal and
honorable. All of the land in most of the world
was taken by force of arms. It was not
purchased with anything of value and the
ownership transferred by contract. Right now,
the only reason some of your neighbors do not
take your land, house and car is the threat of
extreme lethal violence from you or your
relatives. It is this violence that makes the
predators restrain themselves from taking your
assets. If they thought that it was possible to
get away with it, they would not hesitate. It is
not the Police Dept. There are not enough of

them to impose order on an entire population.
It is not the 10 commandments but the
possibility of death, pain and incarceration.

In the prison system, that’s why men lift

weights on the yard all the time so that they can
protect themselves from being raped. They
want to look strong and have the strength and
ability to defend themselves. There are not
enough guards to protect them from the
predators. These people become huge,
sometimes the guards are afraid of them.
People who can bench press 400 pounds can
also break your bones with his hands. Prisoners
can make a lethal weapon out of a toothbrush.
The same subculture exist in the homeless
community. I have seen a smaller man killed
during winter because someone wanted his
heavy coat. In such conditions a man
instinctively attacks without hesitation and kills
without regret. No lion carries an identification
card, everyone knows that he is a carnivore and
a predator. Nothing artificial and hybridized can
ever remain over something that is naturally
superior forever. In time the ecological balance
is restored, often it will happen automatically
and unexpectedly.

The domination of the present reality is held

in place by machines and by computers. There

are people who control the missiles, the jet
planes and atomic bombs. They have not come
to power, based on meritorious
accomplishments but by other less noble
means. They are like the man who controls a
circus lion with a whip and a chair. The lion
obeys because he is afraid of the sting of the
whip and he does not understand the chair He
thinks in his heart that he does not have a
chance, to win. When the man stumbles and
drops the whip, the game is over. That’s why
there are ungoverned places in the world. The
present technology makes it difficult to conduct
war with planes and drones in mountains and in
jungles. If we commit troops the losses are too
high to justify the results. These places have
been conceded to the enemy. We call them
terrorist but that name is overblown for the
threat that is actually been assigned to them,
we lose more people to hospital medical errors
and traffic accidents than by terrorism. The
entire western power of domination depends
on gasoline and electricity remaining cheap in
order to stay in power and that the American
Dollar remain the world’s reserve currency.

Nothing happens by accident in the real

world. Situations are arranged so that the
maximum profits can be realized. There is an
internationally based program to push people

who live in rural areas into urban centers. On
the surface it may seem like an advantage, but
in the long term it exposes the family to many
more variables and make the family vulnerable
to whatever conditions that exist in the city. An
example is a heightened crime rate, spasmodic
electrical service, unreliable garbage pick- up
and finally famine. The effort to coordinate an
influx to the urban centers originates from the
United Nations. Ultimately the objective is
population control. Large numbers of people
are more easily controlled in groups and not
scattered over the countryside in pockets.

In the urban centers people can be counted,

categorized and the undesirables culled out
without causing much of a disturbance. In
States like North Carolina, in the 1950s large
numbers of Black females were sterilized
without their knowledge or permission. If you
think these practices have stopped then you are
really quite naïve and not living in the real
world. Children can be tracked in elementary
school and given intelligence test and by the
fourth grade, you will know how many more
prisons you will need to build. There is a
definite relation between the fourth grade
reading position and the likelihood of a criminal
tendency when the child becomes an adult.

 In the case of those rural dwellers who have
wisely decide to stay on the farm, please
understand there will be no governmental
support. You must become entirely self-
sufficient. You will need to home school your
children and plan to be able to take care of 90%
of your own medical needs. This will require a
large degree of focus and dedication but it can
be done.

Historically, when dictators wanted to move

populations from the rural areas to town, they
did so by confiscating their livestock and
agricultural machinery and tools. This would
normally force the population into starvation.
This happened in Russia under Joseph Stalin. It
also happened in China under Mao Se Tong.
Interestingly, Mao also killed all persons
wearing eyeglasses because he wanted to
remove those who were too intelligent to
control. In other words the present effort to
relocate people is not new at all. When the
relocation is complete and whatever
sterilizations have been done, the next step is
mass inoculations. This is supposedly to protect
against disease but the ultimate result is a
reduction of the population by 90%.

Fortunately, I do not believe most of the

current governments have the stomach to

confiscate property from rural people or the
money to pay the military or the police to do it.
It will be done through suggestion, marketing
and by fancy advertising. Most of the American
rancher, farmer community are well armed and
will resist being robbed of their livestock and
machinery. I believe that the very thought of
them being driven out by force would trigger a
vigorous and sustained armedresistance.

 CHAPTER 6 ALIGNMENT WITH
GOALS

There has been a lot of chatter about the

popular concept “Law of Attraction “. There
have been numerous books and articles written
about it. However the so called Law of
Attraction is a secondary side benefit to the
basic cause of the phenomenon which is The
Law of Vibration. It is Frequencies that control
the entire universe. Our cell phones, computers
and most of the electronicdevices work on the
same principle. Getting on the same frequency
automatically attracts and ultimately joins
entities so that they can communicate.
Unfortunately, we have come to believe that it
is the abundance of data and of information
that causes prosperity. It is not. We often have
too much data and not enough relevant
informationto reach a clear conclusion. Let’s
make an illustration, somewhere in the
concrete maze of Brooklyn, New York, in the
winter of 2015 an ordinary working lower class
man made an announcement to his four young
childrenthat if they did well in school and
stayed out of trouble, he would take them to
Disney World. Suddenly, the youngsters began

to run and shout. Clapping their hands and
jumping up and down. Their innocent faith
erupted in what is called irrational exuberance.
They did not acknowledge that any obstacles
existed, they believed their Father’s promise
completely. They fully and immediately
accepted that it would take place. It was this
complete acceptance alone that made the trip
possible. Their Father was already working 2
jobs. He, himself was not certain as to exactly
how he would have to do it, but at that
moment, he knew it would happen. He would
do anything to fulfill his promise.

During slavery the use of the drum was

outlawed because they found out the slaves
could communicate long distances
geographically. What they did not know was
that they also could also contact their ancestors
and time travel. They would work themselves
up into a state of mind that they could remote
view data and gather information that

and are happening to teach you a lesson that if
you understood already could never have
materialized into your reality. We have come to
falsely believe that we can overwork our way to
wealth. We believe that we can cheat our way
to prosperity. The secret is to stop doing and
start being.The man’s children saw themselves
in Disney World already and it was done.

Fear is an illusion because the life force that

inhabits the body is eternal, it is pure energy
which cannot be destroyed or injured. And so,
fear is false evidence appearing real. All
religions teach and repeat the same lie for
profit. You already have eternal life your
birthday is just as big a false flag operation as
your funeral will be. The objective of these
classes in this life is to practice implementing
solutions in real time. When you focus on the
completed picture in your mind’s eye, then you
will be guided in the most efficient way possible
to your goal.

If you want a long life and to be in constant

good health, stop eating at fast food places.
They do not sell food, they sell foodstuffs. What
are foodstuffs? Foodstuffs are consumer goods

sold by a grocer or supplier, these goods can be
used as foods, but they are not food. No
supermarket has any food except in the
produce department and along the exterior
walls where the dairy products and fresh meat
cuts are located in refrigerated containers. All
the other material you call food is dead inert
material that can be used as food but is of little
value to the human body. You must understand
that these firms are owned and operated by
venture capitalist and merchants whose legal
obligation it is to make a return on the
investment of their financial partners. They pay
the authorities good money to be allowed to
market their products to the public. They are
not concerned about your health, but it is not
personal.

The food business in my opinion is just another

hustle. What is a hustle? First of all let me
preface the definition by saying what they are
doing is completely legal and approved by the
FDA. A hustle is a swindle, an underhanded con
game. You are not getting what you are paying
for. You are eating artificially flavored chemical
concoctions that are tasty but have no
nutritional value at all. In the long term, you are
being terminated because chemicals are not
food.

 You are dealing with thriving players. What
is a player? A player is someone who pursues a
number of sexual partners at the same time. A
player is an actor, he is deceitful and he is a
pretender. Additionally one who thrives is
growing at someone else’s expense, a parasite.

What is the solution? To protest? Of course

not, get real food from those who know how to
raise real organic food. Learn to raise your own
food. Raise it on your own lawn and in your own
flower pots. Use only legacy seed, nothing
hybrid. If you have the average backyard, you
can raise $6000. Worth of vegetables per year.
That’s enough to feed a family of four.Learn the
old fashion art of canning. That way you can cut
your grocery bill in halfand have healthier food
for your family as well.

I hate to hear the expression “Food Desert”,

which describes minority areas where it is not
profitable to put grocery stores with fresh
vegetables available for the public. The solution
is for the people there to get up off their dead
ass and plant a backyard garden. Then they
would have all the fresh vegetablesthey want. It
is certainly not rocket science. No education is
needed just buy some corn, okra and collard
seed and go forward. Hell, you can make
fertilizer from composting leftovers from the

kitchen. If people have become that stupid in
the last 30 years, the local churches can give
classes on basic gardening.Gasoline or battery
powered equipment can be rented from
hardware places and they don’t have to be
purchased anymore. Any additional information
needed can be gotten free from the local
libraries that have books on gardening loaned
to people absolutely free of charge.

You can plant vegetables anywhere with or

without the land owner’s permission. In areas
of the inner city no one will give a damn. In any
case whenever possible get the land owners
permission. What is the worst thing that can
happen? There might be a fine for trespassing
or you might have to share with the owner the
proceeds from the crop. In any case both of you
will be better off. When you begin to eat
organic vegetables, you will see and feel the
difference. You will see it in your skin and in
your eyes. You can reasonably expect to live 20
years longer and be in better health because life
can only come from energy and not from dead
things.

Also during the off season you can grow sprouts

and other things in a small greenhouse. Believe
it or not the smaller ones can be constructed
relatively cheaply. They will keep you occupied

during the winter months. Tomatoes are a
popular thing to grow but there are many
alternatives.

If our objective was to be free, how did we

wind up in a situation like this? Indigenous
people often assume that all people think like
they do, however it is not wise to assume that
people mean you no harm. The European knew
nothing of freedom or of democracy. He
learned what he knows now from the Cherokee.
They and the other tribes had a representative
form of government here in America. They had
elected officials to speak for them at National
Councils. The idea that the American
Constitution and its concepts originated with
the founding fathers is patently ridiculous.
Europeans were only familiar with feudalism
which is a form of slavery where the people
were tied to the land under the Lords and the
King. In America, they observed the well
organized and smooth running civic mechanism
and decided to learn it from them. Many
Europeans joined various tribes so they could
legally participate in the process.

In the 1800s many scholars were in Africa

studying the practice of what could be called
communism among the indigenous African
Tribes. There was hardly ever any famines or

extreme poverty among the people. They had
never seen institutionalized mercy applied from
a governmental level. They took the instructions
from the temples and studied them in the West.
So why didn’t this practice work in the west?
This did not work in the Western culture
because they do not love one another. Karl
Marx studied Moorish Science and had all the
relevant information but those in the
Communist Party did the same thing with the
profits as the Capitalist, kept it for themselves.

The real stories surrounding Eric Gardner,

Michael Brown and even O.J. Simpson will
never be known. You know what the

government wants you to know. When you
learn the back story, it explains why the
government feels threatened. It is not because
of crime. There was a young black former army
sergeant, who had organized a paint ball
tournament for black kids. He was training the
young men in the woods. Using basic Army
maneuvers and techniques. The whole
operation was shut down by the FBI, as a threat
to national security. There were no weapons of
any kind involved.

The official story is that Karl Marx died of

Bronchitis. He really died because of what he
was writing and it was not Das Capita. There are
several of his books that have been suppressed
from wider circulation. His writings spread his
ideas faster than Christianity had spread and
was considered by many governments to be
very dangerous.

Over the centuries mankind has tried many

different forms of government none have been
completely successful. However, if you look at
the indigenous societies, they have done the
least harm to the planet and have had the least
harmful impact on other groups. Indigenous
people do not pollute the earth or change the
course of rivers. They have not put massive
amounts of human waste and plastic products

into the oceans. I can’t think of a single animal
group that indigenous people have driven into
extinction. It is my observation that these
people have a very light footprint on the planet
and invariably work within nature’s patterns
and cycles.

A logical conclusion is that industrialization

and empire building will not work, it is not
sustainable. The process of industrialization
benefits only the few at the top and does great
ecological damage to the planet. China seems at
the present time to be moving into the
leadership position. It is definitely on the rise
economically, but, I have the feeling such a rise
will be short lived. They have the same
disharmony with nature as those in the West.
They have the same disdain for common people
and consequently are out of step with the
universe. Prepare for what is coming, a gigantic
collapse. It will be an adjustment worldwide.
Rather than planting grass and flowers on your
lawn, plant vegetables. Put vegetables in your
flower pots inside the house as well.

Wealthier people think that they are

insulated from the civil unrest that may occur at
the bottom portion of society and at its outer
fringes. The reality is that they are not immune.
They are just like a large tree being cut down at

the level just above the stump. The great tree
will not be able to keep its balance after being
severed and separated from its roots. What is
coming is inevitable, the question is when, not
if.

In the mean- time,become more self –reliant.

When you depend on others, they have power
over you. If you don’t please the supervisor at
your job, you may be fired. If that is your only
source of income you put your family at risk.
And if you like new clothes, jewelry and new
cars to feel validated remember all of the stores
and dealerships that control these items are
owned by Europeans. So, that means that in
order to feel good about yourself you need
materials owned by others to validate your
significance and importance. If you are a person
with abilities and talents and have no contacts
or connections, make some changes. At this
point you must work through intermediaries to
earn a living. Let me suggest that you eliminate
that situation. Make it your objective to deal
directly with your ultimate consumer. Cut out
the middle men. Never depend on one source
of income again.

15. Work by the job, not by the hour.
16. Own the Business, Have partners only
when absolutely necessary.
17. Automate the work if possible.

they will give you the money you desire. The
secret is to “Go Early, Stay Late, and pay
Attention”. Anyone can make money slowly, it’s
a matter of investing into the contiguous land
around a city and waiting 30 years while the city
grows in that direction. The other way is to do
some research and use that territory between
your ears for thinking and not just for a place to

that we are in the start of a protracted trade
crisis. The present administration is clearly
inexperienced and have put their foot securely
into their mouths. China has made alternative
deals with Russia as a source of soybeans for
the next 3 years, which means mid -west
farmers are out of business. Some will actually
go bankrupt. In the bigger picture it means that
all imported goods will soon go higher.
Especially goods from China. All of the Asian
Middle East is obligated to China. They do not
want to stop trading with us, but if they have to
make a choice, China will win.

America is no longer into manufacturing nor

does the USA have any exclusive claim to
advanced technology. The just in time approach
to managing the supply chain is definitely over.
People who want the fast track will get options
on foreign supplies, medicines and other
material that will be unavailable during the
coming trade problems. Many of the
automobile components for cars supposedly
made in the USA have their point of origin in
Mexico, Canada, Guam and Taiwan. I am
betting that money will be made in these areas.

systems from inside the circle were dependable
and trustworthy. Every member of the tribe

and protection. Standing together made them
strong and assured their survival.

Who was the leader and how was he

chosen? Alpha Males generally chose
themselves. They took on the role as leader
long before they were chosen. They were
natural guides and protectors. The kind of man
that was chosen depended in large measure
what the tribe needed at the time. If they
needed a soldier or a hunter. One kind of man
would emerge. If they needed a brilliant
intellect to solve a pressing problem, another
kind of leader would be chosen. In any case, the
leader had demonstrated his care for every
member of the tribe and he had earned his
position. All others would step back and let the
leader eat first, let him choose the best looking,
most fertile female to marry. The leader would
always be the first to run toward the danger to
protect the tribe. He had the political power to
decide if an outsider could ever join the tribe.
Under these conditions people felt safe and
were healthier and more productive. They had
security. No one was afraid that they would lose
their job and become homeless, it was
impossible. No one needed insurance, their
neighbors were their insurance policy. Their
bodies released endorphins and dopamine, they

feelings of trust and of confidence because
people have your back. Relationships based on
physical touch and acts of generosity reinforces
feelings of security.

Let’s look at the conditions today, there is

no circle of safety among the original people or
of the other groups. There is a high state of
nervousness and anxiety. Cortisol is released
into the system, it shuts down all the non-
essential bodily functions, your digestions stops,
and your finger nails stop growing. Most
importantly, your immune system shuts down
and stops working. No wonder we see all the
cancer, diabetes and heart trouble. The immune
systems are shut down. People are under stress
and cannot possibly bond with one another.
They attack each other at work, at school and at
home in their marriages. They are sicker than
they should be, they feel under attack and they
are prone to violence because they don’t trust
each other.

They blame emigrants, the bankers and

dishonest politicians. Yes, all of them are guilty
but that’s not the answer. Let’s recreate the
circle of safety. We can watch each other’s
back. You don’t have to worry about rent or
grocery. After all you’re the circle of safety and I

what Karl Marx was trying to recreate, the only
thing he was missing is that when you love your
friends and neighbors, you will never abandon
them. There is not enough money to sell them

BUYING MOBILE HOMES & TRAILER PARKS

As the economic noose tightens around the
necks of the general public and the middle class
melts away, let’s look at an old time alternative.
The trailer park concept became popular right
after the war in the late forties when the
governmenthad a lot of aluminum to get rid of,
so they encouraged the building of mobile
homes. They are still a viable alternative for
housing. However let me explain to you why
they are not wanted by city and county
government. The Mobile Home is classified as a
vehicle and is not real estate but personal
property. The yearly tax in a trailer might be for
instance $200.Let’s assume thatboth families
have kids .An average house’s yearly tax might
be $2500.00. They might use a similar amount
of water and sewer consumption. The city and
county school system depends on real estate
tax to defray the cost of educating the students

So, why is buying mobile homes such a great

opportunity? Low to moderate income homes
will be in demand for the foreseeable future. If I
told you that you can buy a mobile home for
$3000. And sell it for $19000. Would you be
interested? There is a greater capital gain
selling trailers than regularreal estate. The
buyer even with lot rent will be paying $300.
Less than the average cost of renting an
apartment in most parts of the country.

Why would someone pay 19 thousand for

something he could buy for $3000? He does
not know about it, and also he is comparing it to
his cost of renting over a 5 year period. At 800
per month the yearly cost would be 9600. And
over a 5 year span it would be $48000. If you
are willing to look around, you could make an
extra $20,000 per month, buying and selling
trailers. Scarcity of affordable housing is entirely
a contrivedshortage and would be easily solved
with a little thinking on the part of city leaders.
You can handle these sales just like you would
handle any other real estate. You can keep
them and use them as rentals, you can rent
them with an option to buy and finally you can

that there is only cosmetic repairs needed.

So, how much would you realistically need to

get started investing in Mobile Homes? I would
think that you would need between $2000-
5000 to get started. Of course you can start
looking now while you are saving. Keep these

there is a cost of holding it. The first is lot rent,
then electricity, and insurance. The next
question is how easy will it be to resell? Older
homes take longer. Some trailer parks have
more difficult credit rating standards and
complicated application protocols. Does that
trailer park have many units up for sale?

Get out of the city if you can. It is a real

danger to have only 4% involved in agriculture.

park owns the land only and are not responsible
for the maintenance of the individual homes.

and landscaping maintenance.

So, what would you be looking for in such an

investment? You would want to buy in an area
that is growing and not in decline. You can

salesman. People who really listen to the
customer often do better in less time than

superior population can be convinced that they

of the oppressive colonizers. This is the lie that
they have believed to be true.

How could it be possible that the poorest

people could be the source of wealth to the
richest? Are the landlords doing the tenants a

favor by letting them live in their property? The
hourly salary that they have been given is a
blessing from their employer without which
they would not survive. If this is true what is
motivating these investors to provide housing
for these landless peasants? The answer is that
this line of reasoning is foolish, the rich are
motivated by one thing and that is the desire
for profit. They don’t give a tinker’s damn about
the welfare of the poor, providing housing is a
means to an end.

Even if all of the poor got a college degree it

would not change a thing. The thing that
separates the classes is more than academic
knowledge, it’s the network that provides jobs
and opportunities to people in a certain class of
families and ethnic groups. Public school
education made many of the poor frustrated
because many avenues for advancement were
still closed but now they were more painfully
aware of them. The more educated they
became the greater the propensity to crime.
Prior to their being educated, they would have
blamed their lack of social mobility to lack of
academic skills. Now they can see clearly that it
never mattered anyway. Wealth is a function of
ownership, not to education by itself. If that
were so all the college professors would be
millionaires. The people who work in Libraries

would all be very rich because they have an
unmitigated access to knowledge.

The land and houses located inside of cities

are very expensive because they are in short
supply. However, the reality is that there are
miles and miles of open land that is cheap
outside of the population centers. There is very
little demand for this land to build communities
on. The homeless and those who are living
marginal lives can build houses there and raise
their own food, generate their own power and
find an adequate water supply. The existing
technology makes the decision to live in a
densely populated area unnecessary.

Back to logic, what is it? It is basically the

science of reasoning. Logic is more like math
than medical science or physics. This study
focuses on the process of reasoning. This study
will help us to separate correct reasoning from
sloppy and incorrect reasoning. We often draw
conclusion from premises which is certain facts
and information. For instance, you had a dollar
in change, now you can only find 75cents. You
could infer that you have lost or misplaced 25
cents.

In the reasoning process we input premises

and produce outputs called conclusions. We can
have a collection of Statements which can be

called arguments. An argument is a collection of
statements, one of which is designated as a
conclusion. The other statements are premises
which support the conclusion. A statement is
only a declarative sentence which may be true
or false. On the other hand both statements
may be only partly true. For instance Mr. Brown
is from North Carolina and he has a short
temper. Therefore most people from North
Carolina have a short temper. Both statements
may be true or false. We may not know for sure
if one or both are true or false. We can identify
the conclusion because it is marked by words
like therefore and because.

Inductive reasoning deals with probabilities

and statistics. It forms the basis for
experimental sciences. If the premises are
infallibly true then the conclusions are likely
also true.

When I say that I am hungry. I’m only

referring to myself not to you. Even if you
repeat the same words that I said it may not be
also true of you. In other words, the repetition
of the statement is accurate, but it is no longer
true if the speakers have changed.

A GUIDE TO CLEARER THINKING

situations we believe we are familiar
with.
2. Get the facts straight, then get direct
verification if possible. If you cannot
vigorously test the facts for authenticity
and reliability. Question the credibility

lie, for instance we are told that
Diabetes is incurable. Diabetes is
basically an advanced case of
malnutrition with dehydration. It is
often accompanied with a severe lack

completely reversed by a change in the
diet. Stop eating processed foods and
stay hydrated.
Let me quickly add that I am not a
doctor or a nurse, and am not here
prescribing a medical regimen. However
I have observed that prior to the 1900s,
there were very few cases of Heart
Trouble, Diabetes, Cancer or

because it stains the entity to the core. This is
clearly and easily documented, this chapter is
not about proving its existence but is a
demonstration of how to completely disarm it
and render it useless. We will remove the
restraints with a blow from a sharp machete.
Marcus Garvey had the right idea as early as
1919, the most effective way to remove
ourselves from the parasite is totally economic.
The parasite cannot live without a host, but the
host can thrive without the parasite. All of the
other so called black leaders have missed the
mark. Our problems have nothing to do with
human relations or sociology. If we became

economically viable, we would arm our own
selves with a technology and violence would be
met with violence. Social acceptance doesn’t
matter to me if I am independent and fully self-
reliant. In a capitalist society morality is not a
motivating factor at all, the increasing of profits
alone is the predominant incentive.

I have concluded that the structural bias is

strategic. It was designed to maintain the
advantage of whites in the society trans-
generationally. It has up until now been very
successful,partially because it was hidden
behind a complicated series of unwritten laws
and of violence against an unarmed minority
who were kept unarmed by law.

This strategic bias was designed to keep blacks

non- competitive indefinitely and to preserve
the hierarchical position of whites. However in
cases where it didn’t work harsher methods
were implemented like the bombing of civilians
in Tulsa, Oklahoma and the wholesale murders
in Wilmington. NC. Which had the approval of
both the local, state and federal governments.
When blacks begin to make progress in spite of
the restraints, the velvet gloves come off and
the iron fist is exposed.

Ultimately both Malcom X and Dr Martin L.

King came to the same conclusion. That working

within the system would never succeed. It was
never designed to. You would have made better
time praying for a dog to turn into a cat. There
is also the fantasy of a free market. If this were
so why did the government take tax payer
money and bail out the Wall Street Banks?
When business is good the banks prosper, when
business is bad, they pass the losses on to the
public taxpayer. Every effort is made to
frustrate and obstruct aboriginal progress. The
racism is baked in and no further dialog is
appropriate. The wealth disparity is a
crystallized summation of historical reality.
These people who were born on third base and
now falsely believe that they have hit a triple
and deserve to be praised.

So what are we to do? Ignore the rules,

form alliances with those others on the planet
who will help us to be free. Join forces
internationally, we know that all agreements
are transitory but whatever is useful should be
implemented. The last 350 years has
demonstrated that trying to deal with these
people is futile. We have nothing to lose. If we
die let’s die on our feet and not on our knees.

We must understand first of all how money

works, how it is created and why it is needed.
Money is needed to facilitate exchange of

goods and services as bartering is not always
practical. In the past paper money issued by a
money changer used to represent a receipt for
some commodity that existed like gold, silver or
platinum. Today’s money is a token promise to
pay which is created from nothing by the issuer
at no liability to himself, using the people’s
labor and productivity as collateral without
their knowledge or permission. The promise to
pay is a collective liability against the whole
country and this token is given value by the
people who actually produce the goods and
services and not by its issuers or creators. An
unlimited amount of credit can be created by
bankers and money changers. They can issue
promissory notes and have given themselves
the authority to do so. Thus they are the new
Feudal Lords of the world and can buy anything
and bribe anyone. This fiat money is like
corporation shares whose value is diluted as
new notes are released.

The ones who control the money supply

and control the issue of money can then control
governments, corporations and individuals.
They can create over supplies of money and
then shortages of money. They can buy out
assets on a whim. Any new credit created can
cause a devaluation of the existing currency,
thus inflation can take away your currency

based wealth and earning power as well as your
ability to pay interest on any existing debt and
your power to buy future goods.

All of the money in circulation represents a

debt that is being paid with interest by
someone. Whether he is a government,
corporation or an individual does not matter. In
whatever case the interest associated is not
created by the system thus assuring a shortfall
unless more debt is assumed to create more
money. Private banking families have always
had control over the issue of money since
ancient times. They have transferred all
liabilities to others by trickery and deceit.
Currently the privately owned Federal Reserve
Bank Note “FRNs” the US Dollar is the world’s
reserve currency as it is demanded by all
exporting countries in exchange for goods and
services. They are used in trade internationally.
This allows the Banking Dynasties to use the
United States as their enforcers all around the
world to maintain their power and make
currency wars for their hegemony. While they
can keep buying anything they want by merely
issuing FRNs, giving nothing in return and
forcing up the trade deficit with Treasury Bill
Paper. This is backed up by the big war guns.

 If there were no debt, there would be no
money supply that means that the system
would collapse leading us into destitution and
slavery at the mercy of the money changers.
Criminals created the only thing ever created by
man,” MONEY”. Everything other than money
requires labor, ingenuity and materials. Money
on the other hand, is created from thin air by
magical means. When serfs are emancipated
they remain under the control of the Feudal
Lords through usury, taxation and inflation. The
most productive people are the professionals so
the rulers fit them with electronic choke chains
called a license which allows them to practice
their trade only in their assigned area. They are
sometimes given minor choices on how they are
managed but they are totally controlled by
government. If they challenge them, their
license are taken away.

Commodity money is usually a scarce

resource that is in constant demand. Many
items have been used as money from precious
metals, shells to cigarettes. Now artificial
money like bank notes are used. Modern
money is basically a token, an abstraction. The
drawback with commodity money is that it is in
limited supply and will not allow the economy
to grow. Token/ Fiat money is a credit money
created from a promise to pay. This new money

object has no intrinsic value, it is a paper note
or a ledger computer account. The public’s use
of the money exist because the Official
Government mandates the money’s acceptance
under penalty of law. In cases where the public
has lost confidence in the fiat currency, another
substitute money will arise.

Money is no longer a store of value for

one’s savings the money loses value. This dollar
was created by the stroke of a pen it is a
promissory note which must be accepted within
the USA’s jurisdiction in exchange for goods and
services that they provide meanwhile the
bankers collect the interest on this note as it
passes from person to person in exchange for
services. It is a perpetual cash cow, nothing
more is required from the issuer, and they will
eventually have claims against everything. You
must remember, fiat money does not create
goods and services. It is only physical labor that
creates goods and services. It is important to
understand this when we see the charging of
interest.

The American banking system has become a
giant betting machine $370 Trillion dollars are
now riding on the derivative market that is 28
times the annual output of the entire American
economy. All of the bets are funded by the big
banks in America. If they win, they will give out
big bonuses, if they lose they will get it from the
tax payer again. It would be more responsible
to pay down the Federal debt, but that’s not
what they will do. The US Federal Debt has not
been paid off since the Andrew Jackson
presidential administration. Only the interest

gets paid, while the principal portion continues
to increase. 97% of the American money supply
exist as data entries on a computer screen and
3% are in coin. You are supporting a giant
casino and you do not know it.

Gold was $20 per ounce 1913-1934, thus

todays dollar is equivalent to 4 cents in 1913.
Since 2001, however interest in gold has soared
along with its price now over $1200 per ounce.
One loses buying power by holding paper
money. The purchasing power of the
commodity money goes up, so holding gold or
silver is an insurance policy and a protection
against losses in purchasing power. The Banking
Industry has a tendency to debase its currency
over time, so gold and silver will serve as a
reliable store of value. Bankers and the elite
have had control of what has been taught to
students at the University level so many of
them believe that with proper management
paper money is just as reliable as gold. This
conclusion has proven to be false over the last
5000 years. The higher the price of gold, the
more unstable the position of the dollar.

WHY IS USURY SAME AS FALSE MEASURE

a never ending spiral of inflation, this
inflation only benefits the money
lenders because it wipes out the savings
of an entire generation, so they can’t
help their children by passing on
generational wealth.

competing for markets and resources
3. It creates a fear of scarcity, we fight
each other to survive. You borrow
$100,000 and have to pay back 200,000
over a 30 year period The system does
not provide the additional money so
you have to battle someone else to get
it. So you will not lose your house. The
house only cost 80,000 to build.
4. Interest creates winners and losers. If
you have to default, you will not only
lose your house but also any payments
that you made in addition to the
mortgage. You will lose all of your
collateral and equity that you put up
and generated.

siphoned away from the local economy
creates a vacuum.
6. Interest encourages hoarding and
makes tyrants of those who are
desperate not to become homeless and
destitute.
7. Bankers make decisions that adversely
affect large numbers of people. They
were not elected, yet they can have the
power of life and death over a
population of people.
8. Interest encourages people to store
value into paper currency where it will
earn interest. The fact is the money will
be more productive while working in
the economy. It will benefit the public
instead of channeling money back into
the hands of the money changers. If the
money is put into the local economy it
will create jobs and wealth.

Another consequence of having an interest

based monetary system is a declining birth
rate. When high interest rates begin
compounding interest it creates a situation
of a lack of enough money to pay existing
debts. Consequently the debt laden native
population stops having children due to the
high cost of living and increased stress

 levels. This inevitably leads to an increasing
stream of immigrants who will work for less
money and will borrow heavily because
they will be debt free borrowers. They need
everything from furniture to clothing and
will be fuel for the credit/ banking system.
The same is true when slaves are released,
multitudes of naïve, gullible borrowers get
the wheels of commerce spinning quickly
along.

No debt-free, or interest free money has

been issued in America since Abraham
Lincoln did it in 1863 to help to finance the
Civil War. He was promptly terminated by
an agent of the Rothschild Bank. Germany
issued debt and interest free money from
1935 this alone accounts for its meteoric
rise from the depression to a world power
in just 5 years. A hidden reason for the war
against Germany was to bring the German
Banks back into line of the world’s banks.
Napoleon also was put away because he
too wanted to retain the power to create
money and put it into the hands of the
state. The most recent example of this
action is the assassination of Khadafy of
Libya who had 60 tons of gold and an
unlimited supply of sweet, high quality oil.
He insisted on making interest free loans to

 fellow Islamic African Countries contrary to
the demands of the International Monetary
Fund. They wanted to make high interest
loans to these nations so they could use
their rich minerals and precious metals as
collateral and acquire it for nothing when
they would invariably default.

There are extremely beneficial reasons for

a government to issue debt and interest
free money. This leaves the money available
to be used in the exchange of goods and
services and the only continuing cost is the
cost of replacing the currency as the paper
wears out. Money is the paper ticket by
which transfers are made and should
always be in sufficient quantity to transfer
all production to the ultimate customers.
Why would a movie theater close when
they are short of tickets, but can easily print
them themselves? The question is who gets
to print the tickets? It must be the
sovereign government who can print
without debt or interest. Have the central
bank print money at huge cost is bordering
on the criminally insane.

There was no war during the depression

in the USA. It was peaceful from the sea
shore to the mountainsides. There were no

 diseases that weakened the population nor
had hunger stalked the land. The United
States of America lacked only one thing: an
adequate supply of money to carry out
trade and commerce. Why did this
condition exist? Because Bankers refused to
loan money to stores, farms and industries.
The money crisis was caused by these
money lenders. Money disappeared from
circulation. Goods were available to be
purchased ,jobs were waiting to be done,
but the lack of money brought the whole
economy to a total stand still. America was
intentionally put into a depression and the
money changers took possession of
thousands of farms businesses and homes.
They got them for rock bottom, fire sale
prices. The public was robbed and was
raped. This happened under the watchful
eye and with the complete blessing of the
American Government. These same bankers
who had no money to lend during the
depression suddenly had billions to lend for
World War 2. The American Armed Forces
got all the money they needed for the war
and for materials. With this sudden increase
in money people were hired, farms
produced and sold their harvest, factories
went into double shifts and mines were

 reopened. The depression was suddenly
over! The clear fact is the bank caused it
because it was to their advantage. The
banks promptly ended it, when it became
profitable to do so. The American Public still
does not understand what was done to
them. Most of them are too naive to
believe it would be allowed in the USA.

What was true of the depression is also

true of war in general. War is an organized
act of terrorism for profit. War is used to
destroy assets and to reduce male
population. Which in turn reduces the birth
rate in general. War completely subjugates
a population. War creates debt and
dependency. War uses up materials more
quickly than anything else. Expensive
equipment doesn’t wear out. It gets blown
up. Whoever wins the war gets to rob the
loser. The planting and harvesting cycle is
interrupted. Resources are diverted from
normal uses to supporting the troops and
making weapons and sending supplies to
the war effort. Although there are many
who suffer, war is profitable for business
and for manufacturing. The elites get rich
and powerful by keeping their mouths
closed about the back stories and the real
reasons for the wars.

 In other words, you could be starving in
the midst of plenty. Go ask the multitudes
of the homeless in America. There is no
reason for this situation, it can be solved in
less than one generation. The capitalist
economy guarantees that there will be
more goods produced than ever would be
sold. Governments usually compensate
companies for their shortfall by tax breaks,
free infrastructure and tax loop holes.
These tricks and devices give companies the
appearance of profitability because they
can sell their goods for less than it actually
cost to produce them. Another paradox is
that prosperity produces recession in this
highly manipulated system. You see, when
debts are paid off, there is less money in
circulation. People want to buy the goods in
the stores but they do not have the money.
People want to work and companies want
to hire them but there is no budget for it.
Let’s take a look at how things really work:

1. Money is created when someone

borrows it, we have an economy based
on credit entirely.
2. We pay interest on money we created
by filling out a loan application. We put
up sufficient collateral to pay the note,
in case we default.

 3. A mortgage is properly defined as a
death grip.
4. All of the money in circulation is
monetized debt.
5. The next step after economic slavery is
complete bondage. Bankruptcy and
failure makes the borrower sell his
remaining assets cheap.
6. Debts keep the bank in business.
7. Reserve requirements were created to
limit the amount of new money a bank
could create.
8. Debt write offs do not hurt the bank at
all because the bank is not invested.
The only direct damage to the bank is a
mass withdrawal of deposits. Then
reserves would vanish and the bank
would be out of business.

What do you think of Fractional Banking?

In one sense, this kind of banking is
fraudulent. If I had $20,000 in my checking
account and I wrote a check for $200,000 I
might be in big trouble. But banks are
legally allowed to “LOAN” from 7-10 times
more than they have in deposits. Where
does the money come from? It is actually
nothing but ledger entries. This money is
created from “NOTHING”. It really is an old
practice coming from the time that banks

 were for gold deposits or just vaults for safe
keeping. The Gold smiths just gave out
receipts to the depositor and when he
wanted to pick up his gold, he would just
come by and present his receipt.

So, naturally given human weakness,

the goldsmiths started printing more
receipts than he had gold for and he got
away with it because most people never
came back to claim their gold. It was much
easier to do business with the paper
receipts than to haul around heavy packets
of gold. In modern terms, this is Fractional
Banking. The banker can charge interest on
money that he doesn’t have. And if you
don’t pay he can execute a claim on your
property that you put up as collateral.

Prior to 1913, most Americans owned

clear “Allodia Title” to property, free and
clear of any liens and mortgages. The
Federal Reserve Act of 1913
“HYPOTHICATED” all property within the
Federal United States Corporation to the
board of governors of the Federal Reserve
in which the Trustees are stockholders and
hold legal title for the lands. The US citizen
is a beneficiary of the trust.

 When you really get to understand
what you call money are just tickets and
tokens used to exchange goods and
services, you will lose your emotional
attachment and will become much more
effective at making objective financial
decisions. You will put your money to work
and recognize that putting money into a
savings account and leaving it there is not
good.

When your main focus is to deliver

increased value, the money will pour in
automatically. It does not matter whether
you are delivering a service or building a
house, the superior product, when properly
marketed and advertised will out sell the
clearly inferior product. So, make it your
objective to build a team that can produce a
better product. Sourcing good component
parts and ingredients is also part of the
formulation. The reason that 90% of all new
businesses fail is the lack of standard and
effective systems. On the other hand 90%
of all franchises succeed because the
proven methods are followed.
Consequently the finished product is exactly
the same as the national brand. It looks,
taste and feels like the original thing that
has been nationally advertised. Once

 success is achieved on the local level, it is
relatively easy to scale up, even to a billion
dollar income.

Of course that is assuming that the product

has a national and not just a regional
appeal. In the case of a service business like
cleaning for instance that has to be done
repeatedly, the big income is assured as
long as the customer is satisfied that the
work is being done adequately.

It is important to keep both feet on the

ground that means to realize that the
client’s satisfaction is the most important
thing and is the reason for the business to
exist. The more effective you are in
controlling your ego, the more likely your
success will continue. Make it a priority to
continue to read and study and remain
aware of what is happening in your
industry. Don’t just read new books, look at
videos and keep up with podcasts of the
greatest influencers in your business. Even
better, you should become one of the
influencers in your industry. In any case,
keep up with your clients never take
anything for granted. Send out newsletters,
remember birthdays and anniversaries.

everything else will fall in place.

CONCLUSION

I do not mean to imply that I am anti-

education, on the contrary I believe constant
learning is imperative. I do believe, however
that traditional college education is obsolete
and is dramatically over priced for the value
that it is presently delivering. Many people will
still be paying back student loans well into their
forties. By any measure they have paid for a
course of training that does not justify its cost.
The naked truth is that they have been robbed.
The better alternative is to spend the first part
of your secondary education at a Community
College, it will significantly reduce your cost, if
you want a four year degree. More importantly,
while you are there get a Plumber’s License, it
will be worth $100,000 per year to you if you
choose to use it as a backup. I took a General
Contractor’sTraining course over 40 years ago.
It has served me well. I have made money
painting Airports, Hospitals, New Public Schools
and Municipal buildings. A small construction
business may pay you $ 200,000 per year.

 If you decide to go on to University you will
have your plumbing or electricians license as a
backup to use during the summer months or to
make additional income. Stop taking advice
from people who are not making any money.
You don’t have to be impolite but first listen
intently and respectfully. Then promptly forget
everything they were saying. You must realize
that tomorrow will not be like yesterday. We
are entering a period where there will be a
major transfer of wealth. The people that you
expect to be in charge will not be there. The
balance of power is shifting and so is the center
of wealth and technology. In the next 10 years I
expect to be printing out houses with a 3D
printer rather than building them in the
traditional manner. I will be making money like
a bandit. There will be absolutely no
competition. Most people are still in a daze
worrying about things that do not matter.

If you are 35 or below, you have a

splendid opportunity to become very rich. You
are living at a time when technology has made
it possible to communicate world- wide and
from a mobile device that can be held in one
hand. Even kings in ancient times did not have
that kind of power. You can be living anywhere
in the country and your smartphone can do
banking, even internationally. The ways of

holding people back are disappearing. You have
access to investors in China, Switzerland and
around the world.I have found that there is no
shortage of money. If you have a winning idea
investors will come out of the wood work to
invest in an investment with a great potential.
So choose your friends wisely, they will either
be a help to you or a hindrance. I can easily
predict your future, if you show me five of your
closest friends. Keep your focus on where you
are going. You will not be able to plot the steps
that you will take to get to your goal because it
is in the future but if you listen to your intuition
it will guide you to the right path and to the
