We are continually guaranteeing that the direct product contact packaging

manufactured & supplied by us is safe for food contact packaging. We are
guaranteeing that it is in compliance with direct food contact packaging
regulations as is regulated by USFDA (21 CFR), the Canadian food & drug
regulation (Part B, Division 23) & the EU directives (1935/2004, 2023/2006) and
plastic products have migration testing (EU 10/2011 on file and/or do not contain
BPA & DEHA.
Packaging does not contain any BPA, BPS, Phthalates, Melamine, or DNIP. The
packaging also does not contain any of the cancer causing chemicals listed on
the most updated list of California proposition 65. The plastic packaging specially
conforms with FDA regulations in 21 CFR, Section 170.39, section 177.1520 and
section 177.1350 regarding the use of PE in food & drug packaging as well as 21
CFR section 176.180 and 175.105.
Material grades are compliant with California proposition 65, CONEG, and do not
contain BPA & DINP.
We are also guaranteeing that we do not intentionally add any regulated metals
to any packaging components during any phase of manufacturing process.
