Exam 1 Review

The exam will be worth 200 points and will consist of two sections: Listening Identification and
Multiple Choice Questions. For each section, you will be expected to know the names and terms
listed below.

Listening Identification (80 points):

I will play 6 pieces for you to identify. There will be 3-4 multiple choice questions about each
piece that will cover aspects such as title, composer, genre, larger work, approximate date (the
decade), and elements of music. I will select pieces from the following list:
