Customer segmentation

My name is yasmeen binti mohd fauzi. Im as operational manager in the company would like to explain
more detail about customer segments in BMC. Bobcorn divides its channel based on different segment
to satisfy different types of customer. For demographic, bobcorn is suitable for all kind of people
especially kids. Bobcorn has two different types of flavor which is curry and nestum. But kids who prefer
something sweet or mild are more likely to choose the nestum one instead of curry. For those who are
more like savoury taste will choose the curry. Bobcorn is ready to eat snacks who are suitable for
students too. Students can enjoy bobcorn while studying or when they are feeling stress. Bobcorn also

For psychographic, traditionally, popcorn of course is suitable to eat while watching movies. Bobcorn
can bring anyway even though in picnic and it also suitable for goodies in any event or birthday party.

Cost structure

The cost involved in bobcorn company is transportation cost as the freight are carried from the supplier
to the consumer. For machines, bobcorn has used many types of machines in making the best quality
