Honeywell Enraf’s Mini-Pak TM 6 (MP6) additive injection system
features a proven microprocessor based Programmable Control
Module (PCM) coupled with our Mono-Block TM II additive
injectors. The smart additive injection system is ideal for load
racks with multiple injection points. It’s compact size takes up
less room on the load rack and reduces costs by controlling up to
six Mono-Blocks with one PCM.

Regardless of whether the loading
facility has single or multiple arms, the
requirement for seamless integration
with load rack computers, terminal
automation systems and multitude of
third-party equipment is paramount.
This seamless integration capability is
further enhanced by Honeywell Enraf’s
provision of all peripheral equipment
like additive offloading pump skids,
additive storage tanks, additive boost
pump pressure skids, containerized
additive units and portable injection
equipment.
Features
Programmable Control Module
The PCM (Programmable Control
Module) provides full injector control
over additive rate, totals, alarms,
communications, allowing for stand-
alone operation, connection to existing
rack presets, and RS-485 connection to
existing terminal automation.
Injector Assembly
The panel mounted Mono-BlockTM II
injector assembly features a solid block
design manufactured in stainless steel,
housing a mini oval gear meter, solenoid
valve, integral check valve, needle
valves, and inlet strainer all machined
directly into the control block.

The Mini-Pak TM
6 is supplied with
an Aluminum back-plate mounted

Mono-Blocks
From 1 to 6 Mono-Blocks can be
integrated into the Mini-Pak TM
6 unit.

whereby they will be mounted from the
top position down, unless otherwise
