1. Objective – what should this application do for the user?

Our application will mainly be for entertainment. Because we are creating a game, we hope to
make the user have fun while using our application. Our app will make users think about their
decisions and hopefully give them a sort of adrenaline rush. We want the app to be a little bit
scary but still appropriate for children. With spooky season coming to an end, we want to give
our users one more scare.

2. Describe Target Audience - who is this application designed for?

This application is designed for people of all ages. Mainly teenagers and adults, who use
smartphones. It will allow them to be creative and pass time. It would not be ideal for younger
people, because you must be able to read efficiently and handle the content involved in the game.
It would be an interactive experience that makes the user feel like they are actually experiencing
the “scary movie” situation. This is for thrill-seekers, and people who want to be entertained!

3. Projected Outcomes and Benefits – how could this application benefit others?

This application could benefit others by taking away their boredom. This is going to be created
for fun and entertainment. Another possibility is to expand the users’ creativity as they are going
through the options of the game. It can also give users a scare if they choose the wrong path. Our
app can help users think and use their minds to find the right solution. It could also be frustrating
to the user if they can’t figure out the right way.

4. Description of Content – what media will be incorporated (photos, illustrations,

animation, sounds, video, text?) Describe the style and tone of the content.

We will use photos and images to enhance the user’s overall experience. Sounds and videos will
make the app more interactive and interesting. We will use scary images due to the theme of our
app. The scary images and fonts will make the app more fun and spooky. We want our images to
match the theme as well as the font.
