We are looking in the graph for the point of threshold when my heart stay in same level and see

my HR.

Z1- 141 bpm (1-3) Endurance (60 + min)

Z2- 142 bpm (2-4)

Z3- 153 bpm (3-5)

Z4- 171 bpm (6-8) LT (3-9 minutes)

Z5- 181 bpm (9-10).

1-What does cardiorespiratory training mean? Refer to ability of the circulatory and respiratory

Systems to supply oxygen to skeletal muscles during sustained physical activity.

2- What do you understand about Endurance training? It is a lot of lower body strength training

exercises, also will improve my balance, it’s called aerobic, endurance exercises include

activities that increase my breathing and heart rate such as biking and swimming.

3- What do you understand about Lactate Threshold training? It is defined as the fastest pace, I

can run without generating more lactic acid than my body can utilize and reconvert back to

energy.
4- What do you understand about VO2 and Supra training? VO2 represents my body’s ability to

use oxygen which defines how aerobically fit me. That means my VO2 max is the absolute

highest amount of oxygen my body can use in a set amount of time. Supra is an Anaerobic

training Neuromuscular power system target. Very short and very high intensity intervals.

5- What did you enjoy about course? I learned a lot of new things how to track zone, HR and the

duration with variety mood. I was doing a lot of kind of Cardio I wasn’t now a lot about it I

know Hiit mood bout not a lot I know that’s will make you burn more fat but I wasn’t know how

many times I should do weekly but in this course I learned a lot of mood I learned how to

observe my body with each mood we have done in the class. I will apply everything I’ve learned

in my exercise schedule.

6- Is there something you wish we would have covered? I think this class covered the most

important things we should learn.

7- Describe how these principles tie your life and out of school. I learned how to apply

everything in the class and out, every time I go to do my exercise, I use different mood, so I

won’t feel bored. Before the class I was doing normal cardio 30 minutes max, now I can do 60

minutes with different mood.
