Dear Twin Falls School District Administration,

I would like to inform you of my interest in your Special Education Teaching Position. Currently, I am
attending the College of Southern Idaho to obtain my associates in Special Education and have worked with
many ages of children. Most recently, I run an after-school program at the YMCA for elementary students.
The program has a focus in STEM, but we also spend time aiding in homework and studying. I have always
loved children and have worked with them in many jobs in various ways. I feel my experience in this field
would aid me filling this position to your gratification.

As previously mentioned, I have worked with children for many years. Prior to my time at the YMCA, I
worked at Step Ahead Learning Center. Here, I acted as a substitute teacher executing lesson plans left for
me. Additionally, I worked at Treasure Mountain Scout Camp. During my time there, I managed and ran
the archery merit badge. I was responsible for guiding my team in educating the scouts on the requirements
as well as maintain a safe range. As Commissioner, I aided the scout troops in their daily schedules and led
them in multiple activities.

My experience and natural abilities to both communicate and teach make me an excellent candidate for this
position. I look forward to the opportunity to meet with you and further discuss this position and how I feel
I would be a great addition to your team.
