Issue 1) Installation path invalid.

During the course of installing ms-3080W on computers running Win 2000 and Win XP
operating systems the destination directory is incorrectly listed as
C:\Program Files\C:\Program Files\Ms3080w. (should be C:\Program Files\Ms3080w ) In this
screen shot you can just see the upper part of the second line.

If during installation this incorrect path is not recognized and the customer simply clicks
next, they are like to get an error indicating the path does on exist or is not accessible.
The work around is to click the "Browse" button and manually direct the program to install
into the directory "C:\Program Files\Ms3080w "

Issue 2) ctl3d.dll not installed.

This problem occurs on computers running Win 2000 or Win XP operating systems. The ms-
3080W software appears to install OK. When the customer tries to launch the program they
get a message such as "Can not run 16 bit program" , "Unable to locate MS38 or one of it's
components" or "Can not find file ctl3d.dll".

The work around is to manually place the ctl3d.dll file into the ms-3080W folder.
Sometimes the missing file may reside on the computer at some other location. I have had
limited success asking people to do a search on there computer specifically for the file
"ctl3d.dll". The search can be accomplished by going to "Start" , "Search", "For Files or
Folders" , typing in the name ctl3d.dll , selecting an appropriate drive in the "Look in" and
clicking "Search now". If the file is found the customer can copy and paste it into the ms-
3080W folder.
The second option, if a customer does not find the ctl3d.dll file locally, the file can be
downloaded from this link: ftp://ftp.quest-technologies.com/Download/MS-3080/
