when I Started My OjT. EveryOne Is Kind And Helpful. They Are Really Willing To
Share Their Knowledge. They Taught Us What We Have To Do. The EmployeEs Of Algimar
Construction WeRe Very Friendly, We Became Close To Each Other And There Are Also
Times That We Were Laughing While We Are Working. I Learned A Lot From Them. They
Helped Me Conquer All The ChallengEs That Comes In Each And Everyday. I Was Never
Shy, Asking Question If There Is Something That I Didn't Get Or I Didn't
Understand. They Also Taught Us How To Design, They Asked Me To Create A Seismic
Analysis. They Taught Me How To Use Staad.
