Chicken Breast, shredded or cubed 4 lbs. Preparation 4 lbs. $2.50 $10.00


1.Bring 2.5 gallons of water to a boil in a large stockpot. Add chicken to boiling water.
Broccoli Florrets, cut into 1" pieces 3 lbs. Let chicken cook until it reaches 165 degrees (about 8 minutes). 3 lbs. $1.98 $5.94
2. Once this is done remove the chicken and shred with a fork on a tan cutting board.
