Good day!

The College of Arts and Sciences, the college of Criminology and the college of Maritime Education
supervised by MUCEP had organized a clean-up and restoration of xxxxx , along xxxxxx at 5:30 AM earlier
today, March 30, 2019.

The colleges and xxxxx has asked for assistance from our office, the Department of PR and Marketing to
help publicize the event via TV Coverage.

We would like to ask for 3,000 pesos taken from the budgets of the aforementioned colleges, for the
coverage and airtime of the clean-up on xxxxxxxx.
