PROJECT PLAN

EXpression Module
Chloe Chen 11/26/19

Description
My philosophy of education is that all students are unique and each one has something special they
can offer. I will assist my students to realize their potential and help them build the confidence to
conduct a useful and effective learning environment that pushes them towards success.

The multimedia I chose to use was a powerpoint. Through this I can display specific teaching
techniques to ensure all of my students feel my support.

Project medium (multimedia)

The project medium I have chosen to use is a powerpoint showing how I will express my support to
each of my students. I will show why it is important for students to feel supported and what I will
implement in my classrooms to assist each student. I think a powerpoint can help me get my point
across and by using this medium I can illustrate conversations and examples of how I will support
each individual.

Potential Benefits of multimedia

The benefits of using this medium to convey my philosophy of education is that my audience can
see example conversations of how I plan on showing my support and encouraging students to be
themselves. A powerpoint can include images and text boxes or bubbles that display these
examples well.

Potential challenges of multimedia

Replace this text with 1-2 paragraphs on specific details of the perceived (or known) challenges of
using your chosen medium to convey or express your TEL 111 Philosophy of Education. Do you
have a plan to try and overcome or mitigate those challenges?

Draft / Completed Project outline (or storyboard)

Replace this text with either a detailed outline or visual storyboard of what your multimedia
expression will be. Your outline or storyboard should be detailed enough that someone not familiar
with your TEL 111 Philosophy of Education or the particular medium you’ve chosen to express it
should be able to read your draft and have a rough idea of what the finished product will look like.
Keep the outline or storyboard elements simple.
