The table shows JELIDI Enterprises will be hiring the following positions for the success and
General Manager
There would be one (1) General Manger who will be responsible for managing the business
activities. The task will include allocating budget resources, formulate policies, coordinating
business operations, monitoring and motivating staffs, managing operational cost, ensuring good
customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with customers, hiring and
The Accountant (1) will be performing financial functions related to the collection, accuracy,
consisting of financial data collection, entry, report generation, taxation, purchasing and payroll.
Accounting Assistant
Accounting assistant (1) will be helping the accountant in keeping the records, assisting in all the
accounting activities and may function as same as the accountant whenever the accountant is not
present.
Production Operator
There will be ten (10) Production Operators, the production operators are trained before the start
of the business to ensure that they will function accordingly. The task of the operator will be the
operating of machine, packaging and other steps along the production line.
Security Guard
The two (2) Security Guard will be serve to maintain the orderliness in the company and will
protect the employing party’s assets from variety of hazards by enforcing preventing measures
Company Driver
Company Driver (2) will serve as the driver of the company vehicle (truck).
The two (2) Maintenance man is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the whole facility.
Shipping/ Receiving Clerk
The Shipping/ Receiving Clerk (2) is responsible for tracking inventory levels, handling all
aspects of shipping and receiving, and keeping accurate records. On the shipping side, they
package items, print labels, weigh packages and determine appropriate postage. As receiving
clerk they are responsible for comparing bills of lading against actual merchandise received,
inspecting raw materials and, once approved, distributing merchandise to the storage are for raw
materials.

each personnel were assigned to the following departments. The Admin Office is where the
General Manger is, as well as the Accountant and the Accounting Assistant. The production area
is composed of the machine and all the processes and there are ten (10) production operators.
The Guard House there are two (2) security guards, the wash room has a capacity of 4 person for
the male’s wash room and female’s wash room respectively. The Locker Room has a capacity of
twenty (20) lockers which are allotted for the two (2) Security Guards, ten (10) Production
Operators, two (2) Maintenance Man(Janitor), two (2) Shipping/Receiving Clerk, and two (2)
Company Driver. For the Storage Area, Receiving and Shipping Area there are two (2) personnel
