Signs and symptoms:


- Dyspnea Vasoconstriction and reabsorption
- Paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea of sodium and water
- Orthopnea
- Rales/crackles
- Moist cough
- Blood tinged frothy sputum
- Dizziness Increased blood volume
- Fatigue Increased systemic BP
- Weakness
