This method statement describes the transportation in the site and on base work operation,which shall be performed with Multi axle trailer, Hydraulic jack and be prepared in advance for safe and smooth execution of the work at the site. The supervisor for on base work shall carry out the jack down operation and on base work in accordance with this method statement in order to achieve it safely and within the timeline of the project overall schedule. If any change for this method statement is required depending ‘on site condition, necessary approval shall be obtained by submitting the revised method statement.
