THE BERAKAH (Blessing) This is a rite of consecration for a meal or feast, The purpose for doing this short ritual isthe same as that for the adorations; that is, to constantly remind one of the spiritual nature behind all aspects of lif. It is to be performed before eating the main meal of the day.
