A Powerful SQL Editor
Toad for MySQL makes the task of editing SQL effortless. Features include:

Data Grids
Toad for MySQL displays the output of data in ways that are easy to understand, configure and output
to different file formats. The data output can be viewed in either a grid or card view format for summary
information at a glace. Output can be configured by sorting, grouping, filtering and moving columns without
re-executing the query. Either entire data queried or selected data in a grid can be outputted to multiple
formats, including: Excel, Fixed Column Width, Delimited Text, XML Schema, XML Data, HTML Table or Insert
Statements.
Database Browser
The Database Browser lets you view database objects across multiple databases or servers. Objects such
as tables, indexes, views, users, hosts, sessions, procedures and functions can be quickly viewed and
managed through drill-down options. The Database Browser simplifies sifting through hierarchical mountains
to find the correct data. With a single click, it further facilitates the comparison of objects of the same type.
Knowledge Xpert
Toad for MySQL includes built-in Knowledge Xpert™, which provides answers to 70 percent to 80 percent of
developers’ and administrator’s daily questions. Knowledge Xpert includes topics for database administration,
database development, installation and configuration, monitoring and tuning, as well as a reference for all
MySQL syntax, operators and functions. Knowledge Xpert also includes collaborative capabilities for sharing
knowledge among teams.
