Pre-Qualification Dept.
General Pre-qualification Requirements :
1. Submit a letter in Arabic requesting qualification
,Certified by the Chamber of Commerce
2. Copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate and it should
include the works for which Contractor is seeking pre-qualification.
3. Copy of a valid Zakat Payment Certificate.
4. Copy of valid registration Certificate in General Organization for
Social Insurance.
5. Copy of a valid Chamber of Commerce & Industry Certificate.
6. Copy of a valid Classification Certificate issued by the Ministry of
Municipality & Rural Affairs and it should include the works for
which Contractor is seeking pre-qualification with required grade.
7. Copy of valid Saudization Certificate.
8. For foreign companies , Please provide a certificate from a
recognized bank acceptable to Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency
SAMA (If applicable)
9. Copy of your company pre-qualify with : ( ARAMCO , SEC ,
MARAFIQ and SABIC ) (If available)
10. For foreign companies, Investment Certificate from Saudi Arabia
General Investment Authority (SAGIA).
11. Copy of Article of Association & any amendments thereafter
12. Financial report for the last 3 years.
13. Copy of certificate professional recognition of) Saudi Council of
Engineers, Industrial Security Certificate…etc.)
14. Fill the pre-qualification requirement checklist signed and stamped.
 In case of request for qualification in joint venture, it is
necessary to submit a division of work between the joint
companies signed and stamped by the companies and
certified by the Chamber of Commerce.
Pre-qualification Requirements for Engineering Services:
1. Experience list for the last 5 years showing the works
executed by the company inside/outside Saudi Arabia
including the scope of works for which the company is
seeking pre-qualification. Content of such list should be
certified by Chamber of Commerce or Industry.

1. Copy of a valid Insurance SAMA License.

5. Details of any claims in excess of 5,000,000 paid in the five years
preceding the date of receipt of this bid document and any claim in
excess of SR 5,000,000 outstanding at the date of the paid submission
