Implementation:

We have firstly analysed the original menu which was devoid of any deals. Moreover, their major chunk

of sales goes to Kiddi cups which were priced under PKR 200. Therefore, we have redesigned the menu

by bringing more deals. We have printed the menu and placed it in the outlet in order to see the impact

of redesigned menu on sales. Apart from this, we have also printed the distinguishing points of Gelato

on the back of original menu to show people the difference between ice cream parlor and gelato.

Moving on, we have also placed one flex at the entrance to create awareness about the deals we

introduced.
Results:

We observed sales data of Manolo Gelato in order to see the impact of our strategy. We paid multiple

visit to the outlet. We observed sales data on:

Total sales ( 4Th November, 2019) = PKR 14196

Total sales ( 15Th November, 2019) = PKR 24436

Total sales ( 24Th November, 2019) = PKR 25410

By introduction of deals, and redesigned menu, sales increased by approximately 80%.
