My Clinical Practice Related Goals (1-2 Years)

 My initial clinical practice related goal is to gain

experience and confidence through completing the
Banner New Graduate RN residency program.
 Within my first two years as a registered nurse, I plan
to become critical care nursing certified (CCRN) to
provide better quality care to patients and family
members while expanding my knowledge base.

My Continuing Education Goals (3-5 Years)

 My long term educational goals include returning to
school for a DNP degree and to work as a family
nurse practitioner (FNP) as a primary care provider or
as an adult gerontological acute care nurse
practitioner (AGACNP) as a provider in a hospital ED
or ICU.
