Dear Mdm. Agustin,

As an IB world school, in the final year of the Primary Years Programme which happens in
this school in Primary Six, the students are required to carry out the PYP Exhibition by doing
inquiry to seek for solutions toward the real-life issues or problems. This year’s PYP
Exhibition unit takes the transdisciplinary theme of the following:

Transdisciplinary Theme : Sharing The Planet

Central Idea : People need to keep the earth’s resources sustainable for equal
opportunity
Lines of Inquiry :
1. Limited earth’s resources
2. The importance of sustaining the earth’s resources
3. Practices needed in order to sustain and maintain the earth’s
resources

To support the PYP Exhibition program, we propose a field trip on 26th Nov 2019 to SDN 05
Rasau Jaya to take action and to have joint activities.

Regarding this activity, we would like to propose the school bus and a driver and budget from
BPP PYP Exhibition as much as Rp.1.320.000,-.(24 x @55.000)

We plan to spend the budget for the following expenses:

 Meals for 24 students and 6 adults (2 classroom teachers, Mr.Ronald, Mdm.Agustin,

Willy, Maman) 30 people x Rp.40.000 ) = Rp. 1.200.000,-
 Fruit trees = Rp 120.000,-
