B. Analysis

Love has been around us from the very


beginning. During the 14th century, an Italian
poet named Francisco Petrarch celebrated his
love for his love for his forever muse- Laura
through a collection of poems called
“Canzoniere”. The English call him the greatest
Italian poet or the 14th century by setting a
pattern for lyric poetry. Here are poems from
Petrach’s “Conzoniere’. Read enjoy the rhyme
and rhythm and discover the message of its
poem. Before you start reading, think about this!
How would you describe someone you are
passionately in love with? I’ll give you enough
time to read these three poem.

LAURA

some quotations. I will be playing the music
then you should pass the box. The one who
gets the box as the music stop will have to
pick one quotation and explain it.

will be given a task that they need to accomplish.
Since you had already your groupings go to your
respective group and at the count of ten, you are
all settled in a form of circle.

Create a poem about love confession. Present it
to the class.

Group 2.
Create a letter about courting or confessing
your love. Present it to the class.

Group 3.
Make a role play which shows great love to one
person to another. It could be a family, friend,
and your love one. Present it to the class.

Group 4.
Create a song you dedicated to the one you
loved. Present it to the class.

Group 5.
Create a yell about love with your friends.
Present it to the class.
