Sub: Proposal of M/s Metis Health and Lifestyle Pvt.Ltd., RR District – Temporary
closure – Reg.

The Corporation has received a loan proposal from captioned unit for a Term Loan of
Rs.385.00 lakhs to set up two medical and Diagnostic Centres at Banjara Hills and
Kondapur, RR District. The proposal was placed before the PSC meeting held on 26.05.2014
whereat it was decided to process the proposal. We have addressed a letter dated June 27,
2014 requesting the party to submit the required information. But, till date there is no
information from the branch.

The Branch Manager, RR West Branch has orally informed that there few disputes between
the promoters and they shall submit information on clearing the same.

In view of the above, we may close the application temporarily and return the file to Branch.
