CIRCULAR

Sub: Open Selection Trials of team of U-17 ( Boys) Kabbaddi for Khelo India Youth Games-2020

Attention of all concerned is invited to the letter dated 19.08.2019 of Secretary, SAI on the subject "Khelo
India Youth Games 2020 (KIYG): Selection of State Teams" wherein the process of selection of State Teams has
been laid down. Copy of the said letter is enclosed herewith for ready reference.

In order to proceed in the matter, a open selection trail for selecting the eligible players for Khelo India
Youth Games-2020 to be organized at Guwahati will be held as under:

Name of Game : Kabbaddi

Category : Under 17 (Boys)
Venue: Chhattrasal Stadium, Model Town, Delhi
Date & Time : 06.11.2019 at 10:00 am

The eligibility conditions, as applicable, for the participating players will be as under:
For Under 17 Age Group Born on or after Mandatory enrollment in school or
01/01/2003 equivalent

The participating player should be bonafide resident of Delhi for the last 3 years. A document showing proof of
residence is must for participation in the open trails. The decision of the selection committee will be binding on all

1. Delhi State Kabbaddi Association with the request to:

a. Nominate and send a representative for trails
b. Inform all the district units, if exist, of the trails
c. Inform at least best 4 teams that participated in last State Championship organized in the said age
category.

2. President, School Games Federation of India

3. President, Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India to direct the State Sports Association for necessary
action
