ADDENDUM

Sub: Operationalization of scheme "Mission Excellence" to provide financial

assistance to top level sportspersons of Delhi.

In continuation of this office circular number DE.41/Sports/2019/11357-

11406 dated 07.11.2019 on the subject cited above, it is informed that the
applicants who have filled 'ONLINE' form for financial assistance under the
Mission Excellence scheme:2019-20 are also required to submit the hard copy
of their application form at Sports Branch, Dte. of Education, Govt. of NCT of
Delhi, Chhatrasal Stadium, Model Town, Delhi-110009, latest by 15.12.2019.

Non-submission of hard copy of the application form with relevant

documents will debar the applicant from consideration under this scheme in the
initial stage itself. No application form will be accepted after the stipulated
date.

This issues with the prior approval of the Director (Edn.).
