Technical Description
Semi-Mobile Crushing Station

Control of the crushing station:

The control room (1) for the crushing station is typically located on the ground adjacent
to the crusher module but can be moved to a more suitable place. The inlet hopper is
monitored by camera system and traffic lights for the dump trucks can be controlled from
control room accordingly. So, a proper loading of the gyratory crusher can easily be
achieved.

The crusher itself has a setting regulation in order to optimize the crushing process.
Further information regarding the setting regulation can be taken from the description of
the crusher, attached to this technical description.

Level indicators are installed in outlet hopper, monitoring the material level. When
material level reaches a set minimum, the Apron Feeder is shut down in order to protect
it from impacts due to material free falling from crushing chamber onto the pans.
