BRIEF REVIEW OF THE FAULT:

During a routine process of application of the SB388, the measurement of the valve guide of the cylinder
No 1 is detected in 0.0285”. From our experience, it tells us that this valve guide in a few hours will be
on the maximum allowed wear, that is 0.030"

This Cylinder assembly is replaced and it is decided to send in guarantee.

Since this cylinder is part of the engine purchased through invoice Specialists en Servicios Aeronautico.
