JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, RUFINO TONDO BARRAL JR. and MARGIE TOMAQUIN ADUNAY, both of legal
age, Filipinos, and residents of Mandaue City and Lapu-Lapu City respectively, after having been
sworn in accordance with the law hereby depose and state;

1. That we personally know GINALIE CABUGNASON MI-OT;

2. That her birth date was erroneously recorded as December 12, 1987 instead of
December 25, 1987 in her Certificate of Marriage;

3. It is further shown that in her Birth Certificate, her birth date was reflected as
December 25, 1987;

4. To remove confusion as to the two dates, we hereby declare that her true and correct
birth date is December 25, 1987;

5. That we are not in any way related to the aforementioned person within the fourth civil
degree either by consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary interest in
this matter whatsoever;

6. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing statements
and for whatever legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.
