Dear Mr.

Honorable Renato Barreda

A pleasant morning to you Mr. Renato Barreda I am John rey Luna Bueno and I wrote this
letter because as far as I live here in baranggay Sto. niño I observed and experienced the lack of water.
This is a primary problem which I experienced here in baranggay in my whole life. I do not only pitch
water once in a day but it is 2 to 3 times a day not only me but also those resident which is poor like my
family.

As a resident here in Baranggay sto Niño I know how it is hard to pitch water to drink. We can't live
without that, because water is our daily need. We have dumsites but it is not not enough and not a
drinky water it is only for a common use like washing and use to take a bath ,welI think that it is better if
our baranggay will have some source of water or dumsites that is good for us to drink and is enough for
all of us in a baranggay, which is we can afford and easily have that water to drink and survive a daily life
especially to those resident in our barranggay who cannot afford and cannot even pitch anymore like
those senior citizen.
