General Manager

Also known as Managing Directors or Chief Operating Officers, General Managers are tasked
with overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of
departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and
communicating business goals.

Event Manager

Responsible for managing events and ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to. Directs
coordination of activities to prepare for the day of the event.

Primary responsibilities

Manage staff responsible for event coordination activities.

Coordinate details of events such as conferences, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, charity


events, surprise parties, trade shows, sales meetings, business meetings, employee appreciation
events and virtual events.

Hire, train, and educate staff on proper event procedures.

Calculate budgets and adjust when necessary.

Book venues and negotiate fees.

Event Coordinator

Event coordinators control an event from conception to clean up. They meet with clients to work
out event details, plan with the client and their team, scout and book locations, food,
entertainment, staff and cleanup. Event coordinators make sure the shrimp cocktail stays cold
and the hired band stays hot. They create budgets and stick to them, as well as organize
transportation, hire and wrangle keynote speakers or celebrities, hire A/V teams and equipment,
and generally make sure the event runs smoothly, efficiently and handle any crisis that may come
up.

Accounting Department

An Account Officer is responsible for the day to day financial transactions of the company.
Duties include invoice processing, daily bookkeeping records, billing and tracking business
expenses. This position requires keen attention to detail and customer service skills. Incumbent
will work with clients to assist with financial transactions and resolve refunds or billing
inaccuracies. A degree is not essential but a college level qualification in finance or accounting
will assist with responsibilities of the role.
While some people may have a differing opinion, the essential roles and duties of virtually any
accounting department should include the following:

Money out – making payments and keeping the bills paid

Money in – processing incoming payments

Payroll – make sure everyone gets paid (including the government)

Reporting – preparing financial reports, e.g. P&L, Balance sheets and budgets

Financial Controls – to avoid errors, fraud and theft

Table and Stage Set-up: 7, 000 pesos
Food and Beverage: 19,800 pesos (180 pesos/pax good for 110 persons)
