TO STAY HEALTHY
DURING COLD AND
FLU SEASON
Make your health a priority
1 HAND WASHING
Wash your hands frequently, especially
after blowing your nose, coughing,
sneezing, or being near those who are ill
2 STAY RESTED
Get enough sleep and try to avoid getting
to a point where you feel "run down" or
exhausted
3 EXERCISE REGULARLY
AND STAY HYDRATED
At least 30 minutes of physical activity
everyday, in addition to eating right and
drinking plenty of water, will surely help
to ward off illness
5 AVOID CROWDS
Avoid crowded areas as much as possible
- such as concerts - and keep your
distance from people who are believed to
be ill
6 STAY HOME
If you become ill, stay home from work or
school if at all possible
