Project Evaluation Methods and Rules

1. All the group members (Evaluator/project leader) will assemble at meeting place.

2. The one who will explain the business plan/project is considered as project leader and

rest of all are considered as the evaluators.

3. The project leader will explain the project in detail to all evaluators

4. Only the project leader will satisfy the query of an evaluator.

5. Every evaluator will evaluate each project independently.

6. Each Evaluator is responsible to give maximum 10 points.

7. An evaluator has to give written justification for the points given on the sheet

provided.

8. Only the project which will secure minimum 56 points will consider for execution.

9. The project which will secure maximum points will be given the first

priority for execution.
