Objective:
As students move into their first year of high school, they face a tough decision that they
have to make about what clubs and sports they would like to join. This application can benefit
highschool incoming freshmen by allowing them to understand skills that are useful for different
sports and make their decision easier when choosing what sports to play. It could also guide the
students throughout the rest of high school in their sports they decide to play or continue playing.

Target Audience:
The target audience for this proposal, we decided to go with 13 through 17 year olds. We
described this specific target audience as 13 year olds starting as 7th graders trying to decide
what sport they want to try in middle school out of the activities provided in middle school. Then
go through high schoolers especially incoming freshman where they are surrounded by multiple
different sports and don’t understand what sport they’d be good at.

Outcomes and Benefits:

By looking through this application, students would be able to make a decision on what
sport they would like to play based on what suits them best. Once they choose their sport, they
will be able to succeed in it and maybe even take their sport to the next level. By taking their
sport to the next level, it could open up opportunities for scholarships or even career paths.

Description of content:
We will be creating a survey allowing students of ages 13 through 17 to find themselves
succeeding at a sport that may allow them to grow into a professional athlete. Most students go
through a midlife crisis through the teenager ages not knowing what they are going to participate
in or achieve through high school before they get into college, so this proposal will allow them to
carefully evaluate what this specific student will be good at. While also adding descriptions of
each sport and videos to fully demonstrate what actions are needed to partake in this proposal.
