As part of my requirement for the subject Business Research for the degree of Master in
Business Administration, I am currently conducting a research study, entitled, “Marketing
Strategies of Small and Medium Enterprises in Bacolod City”. I am conducting the
survey among SME’s in Bacolod City. Attached herewith is the survey questionnaire for
this study.

The survey would last only about 10-15 minutes and would be arranged at your most
convenient schedule (e.g. during break). Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary
and there are no known or anticipated risks to participation in this study. All information
provided will be kept in utmost confidentiality and would be used only for academic
purposes. The name of your establishment will not appear in any thesis or publications
resulting from this study.
