unemployed, what you feel?
A: When I completed my degree in sociology with 3.66 CGPA, I was so excited to work for the
improvement of my society, but with continuous struggle of 1 year I fail to join a
organization/platform from where I can serve my nation and utilize my abilities gifted by Allah
Almighty, now I am working as a salesman at a general store at very low pay package, and I am
unable to satisfy the basic needs of my family, I feel I am suffering from depression and my
weight has decreased, I think I am not a normal person due to unemployment I am unable to
serve my society, my abilities has been wasted due to unemployment.
2. Sana Khan:

A: My Aim in life was to serve as a teacher but unfortunately, I failed to get a Best School from
where I can motivate my students to get something tremendous in life. I am still unemployed and
suffering from stress as after my father I was responsible for the sustainability of my family. But
I am unable to fulfil my duties. And I think suicide is the only solution of my problems.

A: I want to work with my high potential but present Government fail to utilize its youth in
productivity and development of the country. It is the state responsibility to utilize its human

of doing something big for the development of my country to a lazy, depressed person.

of a good hospital, But now I am earning through illegitimate means to fulfill needs of my
family.

Q: What do think about unemployment?
A: In our country there is no meritocracy, when I was giving my interview for job and even I
answered all the questions correctly, The panel selected the person who was nephew of the one
interviewer. Due to this I was so depressed and tense that my friend circle decreased due to my
psychological problems, I changed from an active person to a lazy and patient of multiple
diseases.
Results:
From this research I find that due to unemployment a most important resource for the
development of country that is human resource is wasted by the state. As state is unable to
provide platforms to the youth where they can work with their potential and make our society
healthy and developed society.
Suggestions:
State must provide the internship to youth in different industries and organizations after
completing their master degree. And then who is able to increases the efficiency and
effectiveness of the organization must get a permanent job in that organization with a good pay
package, and others must be utilized in other organizations that according to their abilities.
