Clear STARLIMS client side cache

Prerequisites

A user with administrative rights on the target computer needs to be logged in to perform this action.

Steps

1. Browse to your STARLIMS installation website. The Internet Explorer browser should load a page
similar to the following one:

2. Click on “Requirements” button

3. On the next page, using the “Utilities” last menu link on the left side, download the Client Cache
Cleaner
4. Choosing the Save target as… option the next dialog will show up:

5. Save the ccc.exe application (ClientCacheCleaner) on your desktop

6. Close all Internet Explorer browser windows
7. Locate the ccc.exe application on your desktop, and using the right button click of your mouse
run it using Run as administrator option:
 8. Wait for the application to end:
