Dear Ms. Bulos,

Good day!

Technical Advancement is one of the major key to the success of our learners nowadays, may it be in the General
Academic or the Technical vocation. Student engagement in advancement in technology would help a lot for their
growth with proper supervision.

In line with these, our Society, the Prefect of Discipline, would like to conduct and On-line Gaming Competition entitled
“Mobile Legend: The Clash of the Prodigious AISATinos Troopers” to be held at Cinema Area on December 6, 2019. The
event will start at 9 o’clock in the morning until five in the afternoon.

The event will also have a live streaming on Facebook page of the AISAT Baliwag. The social media committee of the
PDO will ensure the streaming of our Competition.

In order to make this event functional, our society would like to request the following:
a) 8 long tables
b) 50 mono block chairs
c) Speaker and microphone
d) Podium

I. PROJECT TITLE:
“Mobile Legend: The Clash of the Prodigious AISATinos Troopers”

II. Project program:

This program is organized and monitored by the Prefect of Discipline Office, they will ensure proper
implementation of the said event.

III. Project rationale:

In line with the Mission and Vision of the school and the Department of Education, this project will help the
AISAT Students to showcase their strategies and technical knowledge; also this E-Game shows our School Competence in
technology and showcase community participation and support for the SEA Games 2019 which also conducts Mobile
Legend Competitions. This activity also builds camaraderie and unity to every learner of our school.

IV. Project Objective:

a) Raise fund for plans and projects of the office.
b) Raise camaraderie and sportsmansh
V. Project Description and Mechanics:
This project is for all interested registered students of the AISAT – Baliwag Branch.
The Competition is between sections of the schools.

REGISTRATION RULES
1. Section Competion. There will be 16 slots and the leader will pick for their slot.
2. The leader is the one responsible to register for the team.
3. A fee of Php 50.00 per head or Php 250.00 per group is required.
4. REGISTRATION FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
5. Registration will start on November 29, 2019 to December 5, 2019.

PLAYER REQUIREMENTS:
1. Players must be a registered AISAT-Baliwag Student.
2. Players are not allowed to join more than one team.
3. The player must own the account.
4. Members of the PDO are strictly prohibited in joining this competition.

TEAM REQUIREMENTS
1. A team must consist of the following members:
a. 5 main player (required)
b. 1 substitute (optional)
2. Name of the team must be accomplished
3. Teams are prohibited to replace any of the registered players throughout the event.

GAME RULE:
1. STRICTLY NEEDED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN MOBILE PHONE, POWER BANK AND CORD, EARPHONE AND
INTERNET CONNECTION.
2. STRICTLY NO TRASH-TALK.
3. BE ON TIME – LATE COMERS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
4. NO FOODS ALLOWED INSIDE THE GAMING ROOM
5. NO ACT OF MISBEHAVIUOR

MECHANICS:
The competition is a single elimination event.
A bracket will be posted outside the room to update the viewers.
Only winning groups are allowed to stay inside the Game room.
There are four rounds in the Competition
1. Elimination Round
2. Knock – out Round
3. Semi-Finals
4. Grand Finals – Best of 3

PRIZES:
The winning team will receive Php 1,500.00 and the 1st placer will receive Php 500.00
