I noticed that in the College School, the teachers were referred to by their first names.

I noticed
that students have a lot of control in what they are learning. Teachers often use positive
reinforcement. The method we talked about in class, Reggio Emilia is applied in this school for
early childhood education. I wonder if allowing students to call teachers by their first names
helps build a better relationship between students and teachers. I wonder how they could better
diversify their students and staff. I wonder how some of these private school techniques could
be applied to public schools. I wish public schools got the opportunity to teach to kids in this
format.
