Distro T-shirt production process can be said to be simple, but to obtain quality production results need

to be observed for each production flow.

1. Prototype Design

Of course, before we work on a shirt, it is necessary to determine what type of design will be applied to
the shirt. Create a design mock-up with the basic color of the shirt. Then do a matching color to meet
the quality of the design. This design prototype will determine the type of screen printing, color and
thickness of the shirt to be used

2. Material Selection

The quality of production is determined by the quality of the ingredients, therefore it is necessary to
think about the segment to be targeted. Next we choose the color of the material (old, medium or
young), the next gramasi shirt (20S = thick, 24S = medium, 30S = thin or 40S = super thin). This process is
continued with the purchase of materials according to the desired specifications.

3. Cutting

The next process, after the material is obtained is the process of cutting material. In the process of
cutting, the material is spread out and made patrons or patterns with chalk patterns, then cut according
to the size of S, M, L or XL. Group according to each size

4. Screen printing

After finishing cutting, the next process is screen printing. In the process of screen printing, artwork,
prints and screen printing must be done according to the number of colors and types of screen printing.

5. Sewing

The next process after screen printing is to sew a shirt according to the size and type of shirt to be
made.

6. Finishing

If the sewing process is complete, continue with the finishing process which consists of quality control,
yarn cleaning and steam process.

7. Packaging

If finishing is complete, then just hangtag, label and pack it by putting the shirt into the plastic. Next,
the shirt is ready to be marketed.
