To the AFPSAF

Please excuse my daughter Anna Pamela D. Balo from 12 – Xavier, for being absent
yesterday (February 06, 2019). This is because she had an untreated burn with blisters, on her
inner thighs which caused her severe pain whenever she wore clothes over it. Due to this, we
have decided to have her take a day off from school.

Please let her take any supplementary tasks as you see fit. We hope for your very kind
consideration regarding this matter.
