Answers about Leadership:

1. First of all - the purpose of motivation.

Quality of products

Fighting for the market

Salary

Saving the costs, such as water, electricity, raw materials

Introducing a new ideas / solutions for changing the technology

processes.

All of that requires the oratorical possibility / skill for conviction the personal
/ staff to make the work for approaching the goal / target, which is a
main reason for this motivation.

If the leader can convict them, that their work will give the better result in
quality, better production / selling volume, and then the position of this
company will be stronger, more creditable, the goods from their
production / selling will create a better demand, and finally, all these acts
will permit for increasing the salary / monthly bonus for whole of staff /
team.

At nowadays, nothing cannot say to the mind of people as money!

2. The delegation of the responsibility depends of professionalism of the

staff, and vision of the place on the market nu shareholders / CEO / CFO.

If the fund of introducing / operating on the market is limited, then the

salary isn't high. It provides to the getting second - third sort / level of
professionalisms. Then, the staff with lower qualities can make some risk in
this delegation of responsibility.

RECTO, ROCHELEE AND GABIA, ROVELYN BSIT 3E

For that, it must be organized the training of the persons, who can take a
new kind of the work.

Also, all these procedures must be fixed in the labor agreement between
the worker and company management, and of course, all of that must
be done at advance way, because it could weight on the running
production / selling / operating / fulfilling the liabilities from the signed
contacts with customers / buyers.

3. For everything is need the time. Doesn't matter, in private or professional

life.

If you're asking / talking from the leader position, you has a few ways of
recognizing:

1. CV - the base doc, where is shown all experiences from the past.

Company, industry, branch, level of the work (worker, manager lower /

middle level, skills, range of work, time of work in each company.

2. Observing - when you're as leader gives the task someone for making it.

Then, you're watching / observing, how your worker makes this task, which
methods using for achieving your task, which time is requiring by him,
which additional question he asking, and finally, the report about making
this task, conclusions after this work.

4. Very easy! For that is enough disregarding the task, which leader gave
us. When we’re getting the task / command from the leader, we must
take it for making the best in achieving the result. If result is not prepared
on the appointed time, or the task is made carelessly, then our leader
cannot make his range of work, because his range of responsibility of the
team is based on the team members and their scrupulous work.

RECTO, ROCHELEE AND GABIA, ROVELYN BSIT 3E

5. Each and every worker must treat his work conscientiously, making the
trusteed tasks on time and in the best way, be on time before the start of
the work, clean wearing.

6. My leadership style in as opened mind, balanced strictly, showing for

each member team, how they must / want / could work, reading &
learning still (even graduated!) a new industrial information for showing
my team, that knowledge is the best way for the life!

Answers about Stress at Work:

1. Yes, sometimes the stress exists, because everyone wants to make the
best work, but sometimes it is impossible, because circumstances are
stronger, than our intentions.

2. The lack of appetite, insomnia, disturbed sleeping, longer staying in

work, removing from the private life

3. The time for making the task. Then, all above factors has the pressing of
my mind. It is not good for the daily operating, for productivity, for
communication.

4. Conversations with other members of the team and asking how

someone is implemented into the team, how this someone communicate,
how treat the corporate rules, or colleagues or how is responsible for
taken work in company.

At this way, the leader can make the similar recognizing about each
worker in his team.

RECTO, ROCHELEE AND GABIA, ROVELYN BSIT 3E

5. Many, such as new task, short time, not clear explanation, what exactly
we must do provides to this feeling.

6. Absolutely no! It is impossible, that everyone is the same. We all are

different, we all has different education, different skills, different
understanding the life, work, relations.

If someone is better, I can try to be a bit better too, how it could be

possible for me and my personality.

I cannot be offended, that I’m in this place, team, work. I’m doing my the
best, how I can d

Then, for delegation of responsibility, the legal department with HR

department must prepare full range of the works, persons, qualifications of
each person, for easy / smooth removing when it could be required. If all
of that is done on each level of corporate structure, than your ability for
taking this risk is reasonable in the best caring about the corporation.
