I, MARY ROSE R. VILLARTA, class adviser of Grade 10-Our Lady of Snow permit my
students to be at school today. Without my presence, I would like to ask permission
from you to allow my students to enter inside the school premises. They will be staying
at our classroom to make the structuring of our bulletin board for the month of July
celebration. These students that I’m referring to are the classroom officers of the class.
This letter will serve as their consent from me with attached consents coming from their
parents / guardians. I sincerely ask for your consideration.
