Occupational Licensing Reform Proposal: The Burdensome Occupational Licensing

Specification Termination Act

Reevaluating the Cost of Doing Business
For Immediate Release

December 6, 2019 – Lansing, Michigan – Michigan has a bright future ahead of it. Zlojutro

Consulting proudly announces its proposal to help bolster Michigan’s work force, generate

economic choice, and establish our state as a premier place to live and work.

The Burdensome Occupational Licensing Specification Termination Act seeks to open a

regulatory dialog between the Michigan Legislative Council and the Legislature to promote job

growth, cut costs of goods and services, and encourage citizens of other states to relocate their

families to Michigan to help build a dynamic and prosperous Michigan.

The BOLSTER Act, if enacted, would save the average Michigan household

approximately $2,700 in lower good and service prices, open pathways to better quality and

higher paying careers, promote economic growth across the state, and draw new residents from

around the country with whom we can share our wonderful state.

We at Zlojutro consulting are very excited for what is in store for Michigan as the

BOLSTER Act develops and navigates the legislative process in Lansing and we hope you are as

well. If you would like to learn more about what Zlojutro Consulting is doing to help Michigan
