As we performed the taebo, we realized that it is not that easy because you need to give some

force and effort on it in order to have a good performance. Base on our experience, at first you will enjoy
performing it but later on, you can feel the tiredness in different parts of your body. But even though it is
a little bit tiring, we know that it is worth it because as we all know, taebo is also an act of exercise in
which it can make your bone stronger and firmer and it can also make your body physically fit if you keep
on doing it. We realized also tht having this kind of activity can also reduce your stress and increase your
happy hormones. Therefore we can say that we should stop doing those nonsense activities and start on
performing taebo or any type of exercise because you will really enjoy it and it can really make yourself
healthier.

kicking and punching so therefore that kind of movement can help you and give you confidence to
protect yourself during dangerous situations but ofcourse we should put it in our mind that we should
perform those self defense in a right way and in a right situation. Therefore we can say that we should
stop doing those nonsense activities and start on performing taebo or any type of exercise because you
will really enjoy it, you will learn from it and it can really make yourself healthier.
