VERTICAL ARCHITECTURE CAMPUS

AIM:
Some true words said by the architect le- Corbusier is that “ the campus is a world in itself, a
temporary paradise and a pleasant stage in life”

My aim is to introduce the department of architecture at one place to innovate / highlight the
architectural education concept and need with high quality, high density design by going
vertically. (this project will encourage social interactions with cultural activities to enrich the
behavior of the campus as well as the region too.

INTRODUCTION:
Mostly Indian state having the school of architecture but there is no such a architecture collage
in India which is high-rise. today the basic need to initiate the study of architecture in
innovative style. today the people migrating for the study of architecture in different state or
country. i am trying to bridge the gap between common man approach to architecture at one
place and consuming the land and increasing the efficiency of the country as city within a city.

SCOPE:

 The main objective here is to design a vertical architecture collage campus. the aim here
is to allot various spaces in a single built form to prepare smart and sustainable building
with expressive structural system along with required services and facilities.
 This project will help in generating the progressive forces of the nation and fulfilling its
aspirations.
 As the proposal being in the heart of the city, with the techniques to be used in the building it
would form an example as an icon.
 It will provide a chance to explore and implement various technique of construction.the
campus can be made interesting by an inter play of light and shade, facade, landscaping, steps,
corridor, terrace etc.
 The other scopeit will prove as a challenge to gain the maximum out of the minimum. &
challenge will be to design it keeping the bye-laws & council norms in mind, yet try to make it
best. vertical architecture collage campus.
REQUIREMENTS:

 Diploma collage of architecture

 Bachelor or architecture
 Master of architecture
 Recreational spaces

METHODOLOGY:

 Study of architecture collage and campus

 Case study of various skyscrapers and high-rise
 Study of various forms, function and services

SITE:
The site is located at Bangalore where so many high rise project is on and also township project.

LIMITATION:
Due to limited knowledge source in typology of the project and time constraint for the scale of
the project, consideration shall be restricted to certain level of detailing, and detailed services
and structure shall not be covered.
