Mitnahme (14/17) / Gehause (19) / Motor (23) / Teiger (26)! Liftermotor (28) / Zahnrad (32) / Ritzel ok Das Ritzel kann mit einem Abzieher (z.B. Spezialwerkzeug von MP 75/MP 80) von der Welle (15) abgezogen werden oder die Welle unten abstdzen und die Mitnahme (14) mit einem geeignetem Schraubendreher von oben spalten und abziehen. Bei der Montage des Ritzels, auf die Welle, muf die Welle und das Ritzel plan d.h. bindig aufgedrtickt werden. Die Montage der Mitnahme (14), auf die Welle (15), erfoigt mittels einem Einpressdom. Das Axalspie! darf danach nicht <>= 0,3mm - 0,5mm betragen. Beim Aufdriicken ist das Wellenende abzustiitzen. Nach éntfernen der Mitnahme (14) wird die Mitnahme (17) in Rechtsrichtung vom Zahnrad (32) abgedreht. Das Zahnrad nach unten herausziehen. Sind die Mitnahmen entfernt, ist die obere Leiterplatte senkrecht in die Halterungen der unteren Leiterplatte einzusetzen, siehe Skizze 8. Diese Position dient auch als Montagehilfe. Der komplett montierte Tager mit den Motoren und den Leiterplatten kann nach unten herausgezogen werden. Zum Austausch der Leiterplatten sind die Sicherungskrallen, der AnschluRieitungen, vorsichtig nach unten zu biegen und dann die Anschlufleitungen von der Leiterplatte abzuziehen. Bei der Montage miissen die Sicherungskrallen wieder nach innen gebogen werden, damit sich die AnschluBleitungen nicht von alleine lésen. Die Sicherungskralien diirfen nicht abbrechen. Um die Motoren (23/28) austauschen zu kénnen, sind die beiden Luftfiihrungshalften (21/22) auseinanderzuziehen. Der Liftermotor (28) ist, in den Luftfuhrungshaiften, mittels Laschen einge- setzt, sieche Skizze 9. Der Motor (23) ist mit den drei Schrauben (31) auf der Trager (26) befestigt. Hierzu wird ein Torxschraubendreher GréRe T15 (T20) bendtigt. Montage siehe Skizze 11. Die Montage erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfoige. Funktionprifung durchfihren. Drehzahljustage: Universaltopf oder Rihrschiissel auf das Gert setzen. Schalterknopf entfer- nen. Hebel (8) zur Seite driicken und Gerat mittels dem Schaltnocken (7) in Rechtsrichtung einschalten. Reglerring in Position "6" stellen und mit einem kleinen Schraubendreher eine Drehzahl von 1800 U/min einstellen, siehe Skizze 10. (13) / Coupling (14/17) / Housing (19) / Motor (23)/ Supporting frame (26) / Fan motor (28) / Gear wheel (32) / Pinion (39): The Pinion can be pulled off the Shaft (15) with a pulling device ( e.g. special tool used for MP75/MP80 ) or press the Shaft out of the Pinion with a press punch. After this operation, remove Coupling (14) with Shaft (15) upwards. When Pinion is pressed onto the Shaft, Shaft and Pinion must align perfectly (flush). When Coupling (14) is attached to Shaft (15), use a Press punch (drift). The play in axial direction must not be more than 0.5 mm. The other end of the shaft must be supported. After the Coupling (14) has been removed, the Coupling (17) will be turned off from Gear wheel (32) in a clockwise direction. Remove Gear wheel in downward direction. After Couplings have been removed, insert upper P.C.B. vertically into the holders provided for in the lower P.C.B., see illustration 8. This position also helps to ease the assembly operation. The completely assembled Supporting frame with the Motors and the P.C.B.s can be pulled out from the bottom. In order to exchange the P.C.B.s, the security clamps of the connecting wires must be carefully bent downwards. Then remove the connecting wires and pull off from the P.C.B.s. During the assembly operation, the security clamps must be bent towards the inside, to avoid the connecting wires becoming loose. The security clamps must not break off. In order to exchange the Motors (23/28), both Air duct halves (21/22) must be pulled apart. The Fan Motor (28) is inserted into the Air duct halves by tongues according to illustration 9. The Motor (23) is attached to the Supporting frame (26) by three Screws (31). For this operation, a Torx screw driver size T15 is required. Assembly see sketch 11. The assembly is accomplished in reversed sequence. Check for function. Adjustment of RPM: Put Universal receptacle or Mixing bowl on the appliance. Remove Switch button. Push Lever (8) sideways and switch on product with Switch cam (7) in clockwise direction. Set Speed control ring into position "6" and adjust speed with a small screw driver to 1800 RPM, see illustration 10. The speed is measured at the coupling shaft of the receptacle.
