Roles & Responsibilities: A market-facing position that provides insightful analysis and advice to clients
through industry reports and advisory engagements. The role involves:
 Developing deep domain expertise in selected global services industries (outsourcing areas such as
business process services or IT Services and shared services or global in-house centers)
 Authoring industry-shaping reports and thought papers on the global services industry on themes such
as the application of digital technologies in the above areas, among others
 Helping clients make strategic decisions through custom advisory engagements (for example, assisting
an ITS or a BPO provider with its growth or market entry strategy, helping a Fortune 100 company
make the right outsourcing decision, or helping a PE firm decide whether it should invest in a particular
ITS or BPS service provider)

We are looking for a sharp candidate who can analyze information, write impactful
reports, work with senior executives, develop compelling scenarios, and liaise with clients
to solve their strategic issues. Prior experience or exposure to the BPS or ITS industries is
not essential.

The position involves regular interaction with senior executives of global / Fortune 1000 companies,
leading ITS and BPS service providers, reputed investors / PE firms, and apex industry associations such as
NASSCOM.
